  Excellent ML350, Florida AWD SUV

Luxury combines with utility and a full slate of comfort, entertainment and safety features in this Mercedes-Benz AWD SUV. This is a very nice example of a 2009 Mercedes-Benz ML350 4Matic. This Mercedes is in fantastic condition inside and out. It's clean, and it runs and rides like a new vehicle. It is a lifetime Florida SUV that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads.

This ML came from he factory with over  $5000 in options including the P1 Premium Package (Navigation with HK audio, rear camera, 115v outlet, and more), Running Boards, and Tow Package with Hitch.

It also has a rear entertainment system with twin DVD player/monitors

Exterior features include 19" alloy wheels, roof rails, running boards and fog lamps.

Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems.

The interior is also in excellent shape. The seats have no rips or tears, and aren't showing any appreciable wear. The carpets and door panels are also in excellent shape. There are no burn marks, and there is no smoke odor in the car.

Both front seats have power controls and the driver's seat also has lumbar controls.

The rear seat is also in excellent shape. There are also rear A/C Vents.

This ML has a high quality rear entertainment system from Rosen. It includes 2 separate DVD players with monitors. Rear passengers can watch the same DVD disc, or two different ones. There are also USB inputs. This system was priced over $1500 when new, not including installation.

Two wireless headsets are included. The remote game controller is missing, but it should be available from Rosen, and we have seen them on eBay for about $30. The DVD players work just fine without the controller, but the controller will allow you to play the games that are built into the system.

The cargo area is clean, flexible and large. You can fold down the rear seat to create a cavernous space. A privacy shade is included.

The liftgate is power operated.

There is a 115v power outlet in the cargo area.

The 3.5 liter V6 runs very smooth and is rated at 268 hp and 258 lb-ft or torque. 

This all wheel drive vehicle has been properly maintained. Carfax shows regular maintenance history.

The Continental tires have a lot of tread remaining. They look almost new.

The 19" wheels also look fantastic.

This car now has 53,952 miles on it. Carfax shows accurate mileage. This car may be driven, so there could be more miles on it by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on.

All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS unless otherwise noted.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days.

As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer.  

We do not reveal our reserve prices, sorry. Our reserve prices are set realistically, usually between wholesale and retail price. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment/Fees

 You may pay the purchase price in cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or Paypal.

If you are the winner, a 10% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.
