My name is Stewart Averett and principal of SAV ON CARS, Inc, in business since 1991, Florida licensed, bonded and insured. I have been been in the automobile business in Florida for 30 years in all phases, including managing new car franchise dealerships. For the last 24 years I have been an automobile wholesaler, selling dealer to dealer, and use my experience and reputation for straight dealing to do business in a very narrow-margin and highly competitive market.
I have personally bought and sold over 13,000 vehicles and rely on my expert selection of superior cars and trucks at the lowest price point.

WHY BUY FROM ME

The South Florida car and truck market is the second largest in the US and an excellent resource for interesting, superior condition vehicles at excellent value. The reality is that all independent dealers have access to the same pool of new car trade-ins, off-lease cars and auction vehicles and true wholesale prices vary only by a few percentage points. The quality of the vehicle is what varies the most at any given price point.

The difference, and my advantage, is in experienced selection and the ability to resell to you at the absolutely lowest possible margin, to give you the best vehicle value. With the hard-won experience of 30+ years and thousands of vehicle purchases, my careful choice of car or truck is the key. I have no large overhead, no fancy showroom and am the sole employee, passing those savings to you through the wholesale eBay marketplace.

You will see by checking my feedback that I frequently sell to other dealers through eBay with the Buy it Now, validating my true "wholesale to the public" pricing.

Dealing with me is very straight forward: Every vehicle I offer, I personally selected, I own outright, have test driven, and had serviced and inspected. 

I will be happy to tell you everything I know about the car or truck you are interested in. Complete disclosure is key to 100% satisfaction, yours and mine. I take all photos, including undercarriage photos, and write all text to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions.

FEE AND TAX INFORMATION: ALL EBAY SALES REQUIRE A $179 DEALER SERVICES FEE TO COVER EXPRESS MAIL, TEMPORARY TAGS, AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION, AUCTION TRANSACTION FEES AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
Florida residents must pay appropriate state sales taxes and tag and title fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their home state taxes and registration fees. If you choose to fly in to pick up your vehicle and drive it home, SAV ON CARS will be happy to pick you up at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, with prior arrangement, and will issue a temporary tag but must collect your home state sales tax (if any, up to 6% cap) for which you will receive credit when you register your car in your home state. You will not pay double taxes.

THERE ARE NO OTHER FEES OR CHARGES.

This vehicle is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty expressed, written, or implied. I make every reasonable effort to disclose any KNOWN significant defects associated with this vehicle prior to close of sale.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect for themselves or have inspected by an independent inspection service the vehicle on my premises PRIOR to the end of the auction.

Upon final inspection of your vehicle, if not as described, purchaser does not have to complete the transaction and a full refund will be gladly given. If shipped and upon arrival the vehicle is not as described, I will gladly accept the vehicle back for a 100% refund. Vehicle must remain with transportation company. Buyer pays all shipping charges.

SAV ON CARS inspects and services all vehicles prior to sale and will not knowingly sell any vehicle with any safety issues, engine or transmission damage, frame damage, and never any flood, insurance loss, salvage or rebuilt vehicles.

Please remember you are buying a USED vehicle with appropriate wear both cosmetically and mechanically for the age and mileage and as with any pre-owned vehicle will likely spend money on maintenance and unforseen repairs and that they are your sole responsibility.

As a long time supporter of the eBay community, I have evolved a safe and straight-forward way of selling my cars. Although you are free to bid on my cars what you feel is fair, note that my reserve is usually the same as or close to  the Buy It Now. I do not play the "No Reserve" game and use hidden bidders (shills) to jack the price up  to sell the car. Let's be realistic: why would anyone, especially  a dealer, sell any vehicle for less than what is easily gotten at dealer-only auction. That is why you see supossedly "Sold" No Reserve vehicles for sale over and over and over. I do not do Private Sale either for the same reason: you should see who is competing with you to ensure honesty in the process. Don't expect a Second Chance offer ( I don't do them as many scammers try to con you that way ). I will contact you through the secure eBay Messages if necessary.

If you are high bid, but did not make the reserve, give me a call and show your sincere interest. Maybe we can make a deal.

Nor do I use retail dealer high asking prices to allow for giving you a supposed "great deal" or a big trade in overallowance. My customers are not fooled by having "BIG SALE"  painted on the windshield as a feeble attempt to convince them they got a fair deal. I rarely take trades and I do not offer any financing. Wholesale is wholesale. In these difficult financial times, my straightforward, low cost approach benefits the savy buyer. The educated buyer is my best customer.

I price my carefully selected cars and trucks based on the local wholesale market, and if you check my feedback, I sell all my cars with the Buy It Now, many to other dealers who recognize a deal when they see one. All vehicles are for sale locally to dealers and my many previous customers and subject to prior sale. If you disagree with my price point, I'm happy to discuss it with you within the framework of "realistic offer". I am never offended by a good faith offer. Just remember while you are bidding, someone else may see the vehicle, recognize the value and it will be gone as has happened several hundred  times!

Due to new Ebay feedback rules and a distressing  increase in the frequency of feedback extortion, appropriate feedback from both buyer and seller will designate the completion of sale. Feedback is to be left at time of pickup in person, or if shipped, at time of vehicle arrival.

This is a wholesale priced transaction and all subsequent costs of ownership are your responsibility.
