This is a very nice 68K original mile El Camino SS that has had a cosmetic restoration on an already nice truck. History is as follows...The truck was purchased new by a show horse owner in 1976, who lived in Shelbyville, TN. The second owner bought it in 2010. Since then it was cosmetically restored by Rodd's Restorers of Huntsville and Adams Garage of Rogersville. Included in the restoration new ignition system, power steering pump, new interior, radiator, warter pump, new tires, new shocks, new bumpers, new headliner, analog intruments, and a new AC Delco AM/FM radio. Truck is an all matching number original. It is a rare real factory Super Sport. It has the small block 400ci V8 with 4B carb. Automatic trans is a Turbo 400, It came from factory with AC, tilt, remote mirror, power disc brakes, and cruise control. It came from the factory just as it is today, black on black with 15 inch rally wheels. It runs and drives like it did in 1976. It is NOT a 100 point show truck but a very nice original driver.
