This car drives out very good, the motor sounds good, transmission shifts smooth, ac is cold, the radio, power windows, sunroof all function correctly. The power locks are not currently working. This was the only notable defect, and we assume it to be a simple fix. We keep everything honest here, and want you to know evertyhing we do about our vehicles.

Being in the car business is all about turning inventory, I don't want a vehicle on my lot over 45 days, so at 30 days it is put here on eBay and is sold at a wholesale price.

The warranty we offer is in addition to the mileage that the vehicle has. So a 3 year / 50,000 mile warranty would be 3 years from the date of purchase, or 50.000 miles added to the current mile on the vehicle, whichever comes first.

A 4 Year / 75,000 Mile Power Train Warranty would cost you $595.00 (100.00 extra for 4x4)
A 3 Year / 100,000 Mile Power Train Warranty would cost you $795.00 (100.00 extra for 4x4)
 

You will need to contact us for details of what that warranty does and does not cover. Any warranty will be between the purchaser and the warranty company, not Cadle's Auto Sales. Cadle's Auto Sales does not warranty this vehicle.

All sales are subject to a flat $50 documentary fee, a 15.50 State Inspection Fee (if needed) and a Texas Vehicle Tax based on .001938% of the purchase price.
Ex. $10,000.00 purchase would have a $19.38 VIT

Texas residents pay a 6.25% Sales Tax plus registration / inspection fees.  Out of state buyers will no pay taxes, here but would need to register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. 

All of our inventory are pre-owned vehicles and as such are sold "AS-IS" from us, but we may include Warranty through a 3rd party company. 

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection.  Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards costs of paperwork, title production, vehicle listing fees and lost dealership productivity.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Taylor County, Texas.  The vehicle shall be delivered FOB in Taylor County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Taylor County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Taylor County, Texas.
