Offered for your consideration is this gorgeous 1997 GMC Sierra SLE Regular Cab Shortbed Stepside Z71 4x4 in fantastic condition throughout. This truck has 35,617 original miles and looks as good as the day it rolled off the assembly line. It is a carfax certified, ONE owner truck and was driven by a non-smoker. It has been  meticulously maintained and babied since day one. Black in color with ruby red cloth interior. The body is in excellent condition. There are no dents, no dings, no major scratches and only a couple tiny chips and nicks. The cab corners are rust free. The undercarriage looks terrific with no rot or corrosion. The bed is clean and comes with a bedliner. The chrome bumpers are in fantastic condition. It has a nice set of chrome step bars installed that look very nice. All exterior lenses are free from cracks. The factory 16" aluminum alloy wheels are very clean with minimal wear. The tires are Goodyear white letter all-terrain radials showing 60% treadlife remaining. Check out the undercarriage pictures. Moving to the interior, open the drivers door and you'll find it's just as clean as the exterior. Trimmed in a ruby red cloth interior that shows hardly any sign of wear. The 60/40 bench seat is exceptionally clean and free from wear. The original carpets are near perfect too. The factory GM rubber floor mats are clean and come with the truck. Look behind the seat and find it to be spotless as well. The headliner shows no wear. The dash, folding center console and door panels are all in terrific shape. Every aspect of this truck is as nice today as it was back in 1997. It also has the Z71 off-road option which makes it that much better. It comes very well equipped with 3.42 rear axle ratio, power windows, power door locks, tilt steering column, power steering, cruise control, factory AM/FM/CD stereo, air conditioning, dual 12v powerpoints, dual airbags, power side mirrors, abs brakes, drink holders, off-road package, bedliner, sliding rear glass, very mild exhaust upgrade, keyless entry system (two sets of keys - aftermarket system), original manuals, aluminum wheels and goodyear tires. Powered by a strong 5.7 liter 350cid Vortec V8 engine that runs perfectly, paired to an automatic overdrive transmission that shifts just like new. The electronic four wheel drive system is fully functional. The truck runs, drives and handles like it has 35K miles on it. Under the hood is spotless clean and well kept. This is a truck you just can't find anymore, especially in this type of condition and with such low mileage it should not be missed.
