Finished in a beautiful Titanium Silver Metallic and complimented by a Light Gray leather interior this BMW 323 Convertible has only 95K lightly driven and maintained miles.
This 323 feels powerful with its 2.5-liter DOHC inline 6 cylinder engine capable of 168 horsepower and an impressive average of 21 Mpg City and 31 Mpg Hwy .Squeeze down on the gaz pedal and you're rewarded with smooth and quick throttle response that's very satisfying when accelerating onto a freeway. Stomp on it at any speed and the five (5) speed manual transmission shifts smoothly and truly brings this German power-plant to life.
The overall condition of the exterior of this vehicle is Fantastic! The paint has a deep sparkling shine and the body is straight with nearly no dents. As you will see in the pictures the only minor cosmetic issue to mention is some light sun damage at the top of the rear bumper. The 4 matching Cooper tires have 80% of tread left all around.
Overall the interior looks nice. The front seats have no rips or tears and seems to have already been reupholstered. The rear seat shows signs of wear and tear. The door panels also have some wear and would probably need a respray or probably be replaced. The plastic window of the convertible top is foggy.
As far as the electronics the power windows, power door locks and power automatic convertible work as they should. The convertible top functions as it should going up and down quickly at just the touch of a button! The A/C blows Ice cold but the climate control display works at random. The air bag light is on due to a faulty module sensor which you can find a replacement on eBay for around $35.00
Mechanically this car is in excellent condition!! When we acquired this BMW we took it to a local European specialist shop for a mechanical and safety inspection. There were a few maintenance items that they took care of which included:

There are probably other 323 Convertible available for sale but NONE with this much service already done!!
We have driven this vehicle close to 75 miles and can tell you that the engine runs strong, the transmission shifts smoothly and it drives great! It handles tight and has plenty of power throughout the gears at surface street speeds and on up to 79mph highway speeds.

This charge is to cover expenses such as temporary tags, professional detailing, mechanical inspection and overnight mailing and handling of documents related to sale. Florida law statutes mandate that any such fee must be disclosed and included in the final sale price without discrimination therefore please do not ask us to waive that fee because we cannot. With online auctions the final price is not known in advance, so please note that the amount of $249.00 will be added to the closing or agreed amount of purchase so that the final price will include the fee and such will be reflected on the bill of sale. A Buy-It-Now price on ebay does not include the $249.00 dealer processing fee.

Deposit
Buyer agrees to send a $500 Non-Refundable deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including applicable fees and taxes within 7 calendar days of the end of auction. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of close of auction or if the balance has not been paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, or alternate payment arrangements has not been made, the vehicle will be re-listed or made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at Fort Lauderdale Airport or Miami International airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
Inspection
Buyers are more than welcome to inspect vehicle in person. Personal inspection and/or third-party inspection is highly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Buyer is responsible for payment of the inspection. No inspections will be allowed after end of the auction. Please do not assume anything and do ask any questions you might have in regard of this car, as well as ask for any additional photos that would be of special interest for you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, asked any and as much questions they might have about the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Therefore, any claims or disputes as a result of or relate to failure to disclose or misrepresentation are hereby waived by you.
Shipping
All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We are happy to assist in arranging shipping as a value added service only. We will help with the shipping arrangements but we will not be held responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.Vehicle must be picked up within 10 calendar days of the end of auction. All vehicles that are not picked up within this time frame will be subject to storage fees in the amount of $25/day.
Vehicle Titles
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer and guarantee clear and free of liens titles on all vehicles that we sell. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 30 days of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.
Third-Party Financing as Method of Payment
When seeking pre-approval for an auto loan please remember that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 7 years or with more than 100,000 miles. Make sure, then, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Again, please arrange financing before bidding.
