Finished in a beautiful Brilliant Silver Metallic that still has a showroom shine and complimented by a very clean Ash leather interior that is free of any tears or rips this Mercedes has 101K lightly driven and maintained miles.
The C240 feels powerful with its 2.6-liter SOHC V6 engine capable of an impressive 168 horsepower and an average of 20 MPG City and 25 MPG Hwy . Squeeze down on the gaz pedal and you're rewarded with smooth and quick throttle response that's very satisfying when accelerating onto a freeway. Stomp on it at any speed and the five (5) speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly.
The overall condition of the exterior of this vehicle is Fantastic! The paint has a deep sparkling shine and the body is straight. As you will see in the pictures there are only a few minor cosmetic issues to mention such as a scratch on the driver's side front door, some scratches and small dents on the rear bumper.
The interior is in great condition and shows very little wear. The leather seats are very clean and are free of any tears or rips. The headliner is very clean and in great condition. The door panels are in excellent shape. The only cosmetic issue in the the interior to mention are some light stubborn stains on the floormats and carpet.
As far as the electronics, EVERYTHING IS IN WORKING ORDER!! There are no pixels burned out in the radio or instrument cluster, the A/C blows Ice Cold on all speeds, all power equipment such as the power windows, power sunroof, power rear sunshade and power door locks work as they should.
Mechanically: the car is in great condition!! I When we got the car, we took it to a Mercedes specialized repair shop for safety & mechanical inspection. There were only a few maintenance items that they took care of which included: Installed New Fuel Pump, Installed New Fuel Level Sending Unit. Installed New Fuel Filter, Replaced Air Filter, Replaced Cabin Air Filter and Synthetic Oil Change. All in, this was about $1350 worth of work and the car rides flawlessly! As you can see, we have taken care of all the nitty-gritty in advance leaving the lucky new owner free to enjoy this C-Class with no worries from day 1.
We have put nearly 425 miles on this vehicle and can tell you that it drives great! This Mercedes has Two (2) Continental Contiprocontact tires in the front that has 50% of tread left on them and Two (2) Bridgestone Potenza's tires in the rear with 45% of tread left on them. This car will come with one (1) remote key and its original owner's book and manuals.

Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including applicable fees and taxes within 7 calendar days of the end of auction. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of close of auction or if the balance has not been paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, or alternate payment arrangements has not been made, the vehicle will be re-listed or made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Buyer is responsible for payment of the inspection. No inspections will be allowed after end of the auction. Shipping
All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We are happy to assist in arranging shipping as a value added service only. We will help with the shipping arrangements but we will not be held responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.Vehicle must be picked up within 10 calendar days of the end of auction. All vehicles that are not picked up within this time frame will be subject to storage fees in the amount of $25/day.
Vehicle Titles
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer and guarantee clear and free of liens titles on all vehicles that we sell. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 30 days of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.
Third-Party Financing as Method of Payment
When seeking pre-approval for an auto loan please remember that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 7 years or with more than 100,000 miles. Make sure, then, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Again, please arrange financing before bidding.
