Finished in a beautiful Black that still has its showroom shine and complimented by a tan nappa leather interior that shows only minimal wear this Benz has 67K gently driven and dealer maintained miles. That is only 5200 MILES PER YEAR!
This S-class features a powerful 5.0-liter SOHC V8 engine capable of 302 horsepower and averages a respectable 16 MPG City and 23 MPG Highway. Mated to this engine is a five-speed automatic transmission with a Winter/Sport button that gives the driver the choice of more traction on slippery roads or sport shift performance.
The exterior paint has a deep shine and the body is straight. The only cosmetic issues to mention other than some of the light surface scratches you would expect on a 13 year old black colored vehicle are a couple of very small door dents.
The interior of the vehicle is very clean with well appointed 14-way power front heated bucket seats and 2-position memory options. The seats are covered with a rich "NAPPA" leather that are very clean and looks well above average. The carpets are exceptionally clean from front to back. The only thing to mention is some minor wear on the driver's seat from routine entry/exit. Some of the pixels on the instrument cluster are dead.
This luxury sedan is equipped with numerous safety features that include ABS and Brake Assist (which reduces braking distance in panic stops), Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and BabySmart child-seat protection, Eight airbags, including two head-protection curtain airbags and a passenger airbag that deploys with partial or full force, depending on the car's speed at impact.
We just had a full scope of maintenance done to the car by a local Mercedes specialist that included: synthetic oil change, replaced front air suspension strut, replaced ABS control module, replaced window regulator and much more ! As you can see, we have taken care of all the nitty-gritty in advance leaving the lucky new owner free to enjoy this S-Class with peace of mind and no worries from day 1! We have put about 300+ miles on this sedan and can tell you that it drives great! It handles tight and has plenty of power no matter which of its five gears are being used. Deposit
Buyer agrees to send a $500 Non-Refundable deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including applicable fees and taxes within 7 calendar days of the end of auction. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of close of auction or if the balance has not been paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, or alternate payment arrangements has not been made, the vehicle will be re-listed or made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at Fort Lauderdale Airport or Miami International airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
Inspection
Buyers are more than welcome to inspect vehicle in person. Personal inspection and/or third-party inspection is highly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Buyer is responsible for payment of the inspection. No inspections will be allowed after end of the auction. Please do not assume anything and do ask any questions you might have in regard of this car, as well as ask for any additional photos that would be of special interest for you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, asked any and as much questions they might have about the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Therefore, any claims or disputes as a result of or relate to failure to disclose or misrepresentation are hereby waived by you.
Shipping
All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We are happy to assist in arranging shipping as a value added service only. We will help with the shipping arrangements but we will not be held responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.Vehicle must be picked up within 10 calendar days of the end of auction. All vehicles that are not picked up within this time frame will be subject to storage fees in the amount of $25/day.
Vehicle Titles
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer and guarantee clear and free of liens titles on all vehicles that we sell. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 30 days of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.
Third-Party Financing as Method of Payment
When seeking pre-approval for an auto loan please remember that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 7 years or with more than 100,000 miles. Make sure, then, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Again, please arrange financing before bidding.
