I have been collecting Amazing Spider-Man for a mighty long time. I am now in the process of selling some more inventory. This has continued periodically for the last 3 years and there are lots of great items up for bid. I have all sorts of copies that include Dynamic Forces, price variants, cover variants, errors, signatures, sketches, multiple printings, the Silver-Age, the Bronze Age, the Modern Age, sealed packs, and other rare issues. Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is the return policy?
1A) If a significant, OBJECTIVE, error was made on my part, I will make complete restitution. Any differences in SUBJECTIVE opinion will be considered, but ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. This is especially true when it comes to the grading of comics or other collectibles. If insurance is NOT purchased, there is NO buyer protection. In addition, small, typographical errors are not grounds for a return. Everything is done to provide pictures, accurate descriptions, and listings free from errors.

2) Are shipping costs combined/reduced on multiple auction wins?
2A) Yes, however the combined S/H rates are at my discretion. Periodically, Ebay's automated invoice calculations are a bit off. After auctions end, I manually adjust multiple invoices. I do everything possible to help customers and do not profit from extra charges or fees. 

3) By what standards do you grade comics?
3A) I am not a professional comic grader although I try to use the same grading scale and standards as Overstreet. I have been in the comic collecting business for over 20 years, read the many comic periodicals, visit conventions, submit comics for grading, participate in online forums and always get the latest Overstreet. In the end, my grading of raw comics is strictly my opinion.

4) What is your feedback policy?
4A) I have taken the position, both when I buy/sell, that the buyer should leave feedback first. As a seller, I will not leave feedback until the buyer does. Although there are many differing opinions about feedback, this is the course I have elected to take.

5) Do you ship outside of the United States?
5A) Not always but most of the time. The international S/H charges should be incorporated into the listing. If there is an issue with this, simply contact me.

6) Can you send me a picture or scan?
6A) If there is no picture, then it is coming very soon. I never have an auction end without a picture. If you want a different or larger scan, contact me. This, of course, is presuming that my scanner or camera is working.

7) Are any of your comics restored or not first prints?
7A) Unless indicated in the listing, I have no restored comics. They are originals to the best of my knowledge. Also, unless indicated, all comics are first prints. There will be times where I sell reprints, second prints, or other printings but this information will be provided in the listing.

8) Is the picture of the actual item being auctioned?
8A) The picture is usually the actual item and this is indicated in the listing. If not indicated in the listing, then it is a stock photo and not of the actual item.

9) What is the time frame for making payment?
9A) Invoices are sent immediately following auctions. Automated invoice reminders are sent on the 5th and 7th day after an auction ends. I generally follow Ebay's policy for non-paying bidders. If payment is not made within 7 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute is opened. The key is to communicate, I do my part and I hope that you reciprocate. Notify me about your situation and intentions. I am reasonable and know that life events often interfere with our online activity.
