 It has high mileage and has s some rust, some dents, scuffs and scratches.  We recommend you examine the photos closely. This vehicle will need a good cleaning. Like all of our seizure vehicles, it sat in our pound for about a year and will need a new battery and possibly brakes. It will start with a jump start and has been driven very short distances only. We offer no warranties or guarantees. We have no history on these vehicles so buyer is responsible for running their own vehicle history checks prior to end of auction.

Winning bidder must contact us within 2 business days of auction end, and make arrangements for payment and pickup at that time. Business days are M-F between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. An appointment is required for pickup as times of availability vary. If no contact is made within 2 business days we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Under Municipal Disposal guidelines we are not able to offer a Buy it Now price. The registered eBay winning bidder is required to be present upon vehicle pickup, unless prior arrangement is made with the seller. Winning bidder is also required to have proper proof of insurance, in accordance with Illinois laws, before we will allow the vehicle to be driven away. If vehicles are being towed or removed on a trailer, insurance requirement does not apply.

Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle.

Vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Payment of vehicle must be paid upon pickup of the vehicle. Payment will be excepted in the form of cash, cashiers check or money order. No credit card or personal checks will be excepted. Seller does not provide transportation service for buyers. If vehicle is not picked up within the 7 days or the agreed upon time frame, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

The vehicle is being sold in as-in condition. We offer no guarantees or warranty against any current or future mechanical problems or vehicle condition. The buyer assumes all risks for the vehicle.
