Vehicle and title must be shipped back to 1ST AUTO CHOICE within 7-days of its arrival. It must not have more than 100 additional miles and must be in the same condition as stated on the original bill of lading from the transportation company. The mileage stated in our listing is the mileage shown on the odometer at the time the photo was taken. Federal Odometer law requires us to mark the title EXEMPT if the vehicle is 10-years or older, unless otherwise noted. 10. Taxes: 1st Auto Choice collects and processes all required taxes where applicable by Federal or Ohio State Law. You will only have to pay sales tax once. The buyers who weren't charged sales tax by 1st Auto Choice are responsible for all the state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Generally titles will be available within 30 days from the receipt of full payment. Subject to delays out of the control of the 1st Auto Choice. Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While 1st Auto Choice usually has all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks 1st Auto Choice will hold all titles for 14 days or until funds have cleared.

11. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
