Please note that experience shows us that the photobucket of over 100 large pixel pictures posted here are in most cases best viewed and downloaded using the very latest and most updated version of the 'Firefox' browser as some other browsers and especially older browser versions are not capable of accommodating the size of the download. Over the years our clients have overwhelmingly been appreciative of our many unaltered large pixel photos posted in our ads and our feedback has been that it is very rare that a dealer will post all but the most flattering of professionally finished photographs. We prefer to post the many photos taken of the car, in sometimes unflattering but natural sunlight, in order for our prospective buyers to be able to see true and reliable images of the car advertised and that is the reason for some seemingly duplicated shots. We trust you will agree.

West Coast Classics are proud to present an absolutely exceptional and increasingly collectible example of this classic 1994 Jaguar XJS 6.0L V12 2+2 convertible with only 38,200 original miles! Following the 5.3L V12 production run (some 15,000 convertible cars built between 1987-93) which ended in 1993, there was only 1 x 6.0L V12 2+2 Convertibles built in 1992, 595 x 6.0L V12 2+2 convertibles built in 1993, 1,030 x 6.0L V12 2+2 Convertible models built in 1994, 78 x 6.0L V12 2+2 Convertibles built in 1995, the penultimate year of production for the legendary marque and only 2 x 6.0L V12 2+2 Convertibles were built in 1996, the very last year, making these 6.0L V12 2+2 convertibles very rare and thin on the ground! They were very expensive and luxurious cars when new and they are now proving extremely collectible and desirable for any Jaguar enthusiast or classic sports car collector as a future blue chip collectible!

The car was delivered new to 'Chaisson Motor Cars', a Jaguar dealership of Las Vegas, Nevada and still boasts its original window sticker, owners handbooks, dealer passport to service manual and tools. In recent years it has always been primarily been serviced at the 'Santa Barbara Jaguar' dealership of Santa Barbara, California with all recent service records available showing that at no time was any expense spared on this particular vehicles preventive maintenance.

Gorgeous and very desirable rare color combination of original factory 'Glacier White’ (Code NDP) color paint with factory contrasting alloy wheels, beautiful and original factory light tan power soft top with original matching leather tonneau cover and beautiful doeskin 'Cream' (Trim Code NDR) leather interior! This particular car must be seen to be truly appreciated! A real head-turner!

The original factory 'Glacier White' color paint is quite beautiful and stunning and the original doeskin 'Cream' color leather seats are also in outstanding condition with virtually no signs of any wear and there are no noticeable imperfections in the dashboard, the walnut veneer, the door panels or the carpets and the car still has it's original 'Jaguar' radio/cassette system including a factory CD changer in the trunk. The car has a matching tonneau cover and is in all original and quite exceptional condition throughout with all the options and gauges working as they should including the A/C.

Powered by one of the finest, race proven engines built by Jaguar, the smooth 6.0L V12 engine, introduced in 1993 for the XJR-S by TWR (Tom Walkinshaw Racing) and Jaguar Sport and available in the XJS until 1996, this was the finest Jaguar V12 yet, a much improved engine from the previous 5.3L with better cooling systems and more modern accessories and more torque and power (318 HP) with a reputation for being the most reliable and street worthy production V12 ever built! It was a very low production model costing over $80K new in 1994 with only some 1,706 x 6.0L 2+2 V12 Convertibles being built between the total production years of 1992-96! With obviously only very few examples available for sale at any one time, these are as you will appreciate, very rare and thin on the ground!

This original 6.0L V12 engine is still extremely strong and smooth running with excellent oil pressure and which does not burn or leak oil. The temperature always remains cool and the car drives exactly like a virtually still new V12 Jaguar with such low miles should - no shakes or rattles - very smooth and powerful - drives the same as when it left the showroom floor over almost 20 years ago! In fact, the car is in a virtual 'time-warp', having covered only some 38K miles since new!

This must be one of the finest examples available anywhere of these classic and increasingly desirable and collectible Jaguar XJS 6.0L V12 convertibles - therefore proving a very collectible investment in probably the last classically beautiful design built by Jaguar in their long and famous history of classic lines - a sure-fire classic car investment for the Jaguar enthusiast or simply 'pride of place' in any astute classic car collector's collection!
