Terms of Sale

Wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or cash. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I will store vehicle for up to 30 days for free. If vehicle is not picked up in 30 days, I reserve the right to re-list and/or resell it.  This car is also up for sale locally, if I receive a fair offer, I reserve the right to end the auction early. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied him or herself as to the condition/value/configuration and to bid based upon that judgment solely. If you are not sure about something, please ask. The seller makes no guarantees for the accuracy of its representations though every honest attempt has been made to correctly represent this vehicle. I will do my best to answer questions in a timely manner. E-mail questions will be responded to some time after 6 P.M.  Please call 586-243-1794 (E/T) between the hours of 9 A.M to 8 P.M with questions or to set an appointment to inspect the vehicle.
