The Warehouse in Wynnewood
is now offering customer traded vehicles for sale to retail buyers at
significantly below “retail market value”. These are cars that were traded by
the dealership mostly for new or pre-owned Porsche's and Audi's. For the most
part these cars were well maintained vehicles, many with remaining factory
warranty.
As a service to our
customers we can sell these cars at very competitive prices because we
eliminate the “middle men” that typically make a profit on any vehicle sale,
thus saving you a significant amount of money. There are no additional auction
fees, transportation fees, wholesaler mark up, or another dealer’s markup
involved. You are buying the car at the source. We carefully look at the local
market value and price the cars to be one of the least expensive comparable
vehicles available. We typically mark the car up a very small amount to cover
our costs and offer you the additional savings.
These cars are being
sold exactly as we traded them. We have the
cars cleaned but no other reconditioning or repairs are completed. We try to
accurately represent the vehicle’s physical and mechanical condition with any
known issues. Since all of the cars are fresh trades, in many situations, the
car has been properly maintained and cared for by the previous owner, many
still within their original factory warranty. We urge all buyers to make
arrangements to see the car prior to purchase. All trades must be fully
disclosed prior to the purchase if they are to be included. Any trade presented
after the sale will be addressed as a separate transaction and Don Rosen
Imports has the right to not trade the car.
These cars are being
sold 100% as is with no warranty expressed or implied unless stated otherwise.
Financing is available on most vehicles and extended service contracts are
available. Any charges for this are in addition to the listed price.
All the cars are listed on eBay until sold and may be sold
at any time. We cannot hold a car off the market unless otherwise agreed with a
significant deposit. All cars must be delivered or paid in full within 72HRS of
the sale date. The non refundable deposit is due within 24HRS of auction end
and covers the cost of the relisting and reprocessing of the vehicle if the
buyer defaults on the purchase. The way for you to assure that the car will not
be sold to someone else is to utilize the “buy it now” feature on eBay. In this
situation all eBay buyer rules apply and a non refundable deposit must be
secured immediately. A fully executed buyer’s order will be faxed to the buyer
for approval. The buyer is responsible for shipping, taxes, tags, and any other
fees associated with the transaction. All PA and NJ buyers must pay state sales
tax, registration, and other state fees. All other purchasers must pay $141 for
PA transit tags. All buyers must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

The car is being sold AS-IS (exactly as it was turned in), prior to any extensive reconditioning, details, etc., ALL TO SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! We pride ourselves on being upfront and honest about the conditions of the vehicles, as our number one priority is maintaining a perfect feedback score. Some cars are still covered by a remainder of their factory warranty, but we can add additional warranties on almost any vehicle we sell. We can offer competitive shipping quotes, or you can fly into Philadelphia International Airport and make a weekend out of the trip. All cars can be seen at Audi Wynnewood just outside the Philadelphia city limits may be sold at any time.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Audi Wynnewood will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Audi Wynnewood as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Audi Wynnewood.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
Audi Wynnewood will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Howard at Audi Wynnewood by e-mail or phone 610-649-3200 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
