2013 Volkswagen Passat TDI SE with Sunroof

This is a beautiful and well maintained one owner Passat. It features the legendary 2.0 liter commonrail TDI engine which is well known for its power and fuel efficiency. Actually the current generation Passat TDI has broken a number of U.S. fuel efficiency records. 50 MPG on the highway is not unheard of with these cars. This car is also equipped with the reliable 6 speed DSG transmission which is an automated manual transmission. A sunroof, cargo mat with cargo blocks, and rubber floor mats were the optional equipment on this car. Standard equipment for the TDI SE package includes heated seats, power drivers seat, rear A/C vents Bluetooth, Sirius Satellite radio, 6 CD changer with premium sound system, trip computer and much more. This car is fully serviced and inspected and ready for you to drive anywhere.

History

This car was manufactured in August of 2012 in Chattanooga TN and sold in October of 2012. This car was a leased vehicle that has been registered in Maryland since new. It was operated by a large corporation for its sales staff and the miles on this car are strictly highway miles. This car has been very well maintained and has not been in an accident. It has a clear and clean title with no issues to report.

Mechanical

This car runs and drives just like a new one with no issues whatsoever. It has 4 matching brand new General Altimax tires which are 75k mile tires, good brakes all the way around, and no leaks or rust underneath. The air conditioning blows cold and there are no check engine lights or other warning lights illuminated. Everything works as it should. We did the 80,000 mile service in our shop to make sure that all the maintenance was up to date. This service would cost between $800 - $1,000 at a VW dealership and includes engine oil change, DSG transmission service, fuel filter change, engine air filter, cabin air filter, and refill of AdBLue. The next major service due is at 120k miles when the timing belt should be replaced and the transmission serviced again.

Exterior

The exterior of this car is finished in Silver Metallic paint and is shiny and smooth with no blemishes to report. There are some very normal and very minor rock chips in the paint on the front bumper. Other than that, this car looks like a new one.

Interior

The interior of this car looks and smells like a new car. There are no stains, rips or tears in the seats or the carpet. Everything works well. We have the floor mats, owners manuals, spare tire and tools etc. We have two master keys with remotes.

Please be aware that you are bidding on a used vehicle. There may be light scratches, rock chips, or other normal wear and tear visible on the vehicle. Although we do our best to accurately describe each vehicle that we list, we will occasionally miss something. We will point out any defect that is not normal wear and tear. If possible we will take a picture of it so that you can see it better. Sometimes owners manuals, floormats, and extra sets of keys will be missing. Please feel free to contact us with requests for more pictures of specific areas. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. We accept paypal for the deposit, but not for the remainder of the balance due. We prefer bank to bank wire transfers, bank drafts or cashiers checks for the balance. We will accept personal and business checks but the checks must clear both banks before vehicle and title are released (usually 7-10 days) We also accept loan checks from your bank, credit union, or from online lenders. Your trade-ins are also welcome. Please contact us before the end of the auction if you wish to trade a vehicle. We will not trade vehicles that have salvage or flood history or odometer problems. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
