The BMW M series is like no other in the BMW line-up. The vehicle was intended to be a limited production vehicle with only 740 units coming to the U.S. The 1M model has a larger body than the standard 1 series BMW, however, it weighs less. The 1M model is powered by a re-tuned version of the twin turbo charged inline 6 cylinder motor.
