We want you to be in complete control. After you have selected your vehicle we believe it should take us no more than 20 minutes to finish your deal. No over selling to pressure you in buying all extra options that you don't need. Always included are 2 keys & 2 keyless entry remotes (unless otherwise noted). We don't nickle and dime you for extra set of keys or for a new set of floor mats. Vehicles have been pre serviced (oil change, tire rotation) and ready for delivery.

Where do we get our cars?

We get our cars from a variety of sources. Most of our cars come from respective Financial Arms of the Manufacturer, like Toyota Financial Service, American Honda Finance Corp, Nissan Credit Acceptance etc. Plus some of our cars come from nations top 5 Rental compnies like, Hertz, Avis, Budget etc.  Since we are a small family owned bsuiness, we hand pick our CARs to make sure they are Non-Smoker, clean. 

Can I have the car mechanically inspected?

It is our absolute mission for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We not only welcome full pre-buy inspection of all its vehicles from any inspection service you desire, we highly recommend it. All our cars are pre inspected and guaranteed for engine, transmission, frame and No Flood Damage. We also recommend and do offer extended warranties.

What can I expect from my purchase?

You can expect great service, a great price and an impeccable car. We aim to describe the car as accurate as possible. We do offer only pre-owned vehicles and by definition our vehicles are not brand new. Most of our offerings are equal to first line vehicles sold in reputable franchised dealerships across the country. In fact, many of these dealers buy our inventory only to turn around and sell it at much higher prices. It is important when buying a used vehicle to understand that it is not brand new - it has been driven a certain number of miles.

I am out-of-town, how will I get the car?

We use a fully bonded and insured transportation service that will deliver the vehicle to your door. Vehicle delivery usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks. We also welcome you to come to us, many customers book a flight and we pick them at the airport.

Fee and Tax Information: Texas buyer will be required to pay 6.25% sales tax plus registration. Auto Dealers and Out of state buyers are exempt from paying any sales tax. All sales will be charged a $50.00 documentation fee & $125.00 vehicle prep. fee. All financial transaction must be competed before delivery of the vehicle. Successful high bidder must make a $500.00 deposit and telephone us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within (7) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, you find a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund all monies paid. Seller does accept cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known financial institutions.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties (pre-buy inspection services; usedcarinspections.com, or authorized service centers) prior to auction close and after the buyitnow option is exercised. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyer's discretion.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty unless noted. Seller makes no representations or statements as to the fitness for purpose or condition either implied or expressed.  Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (as stated in our description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery or if stated in ad.
