I am selling this low mile 2003 super Beetle convertible for my brother and my sister-in- law. She was given this Beetle as a present by her father when she graduated along with my brother, from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.  She and my brother were newly married this last summer and now have their first baby on the way and asked me to sell this for them as they are going to take the funds from this car and apply it to the new addition to the family!!! (Although she is really sad to see it go!) This beetle has been driven by my sister in law since it was new!! This Beetle is a 2003 with the GLS package and has a VERY LOW 47,741 miles on it. This car was driven by them an average of 4300 miles per year!This Beetle is a blast to drive and handles the road beautifully!The 2.0 lt engine runs great with no knocks or misses. I did notice a small exhaust leak, pretty minor and not overly noticable but there. Cosmetically, this Beetle looks very nice for being an 11 year old car. The paint shines great and in my opinion, there are no major blemishes that I can see. There were some minor, common for the age scuffs, blemishes, etc, here and there.  Nothing too crazy or overly noticable, I pictured any spot I did see.  The power top is working like it should, and the top looks to be in good shape.  The rear window looks to have been re-glued as it must have been coming loose at one time.  All of the power options are working as far as I can tell.  The small side plastic cover on the driver side is not attached but rests where it should when the top is down. (pictured)  There was a airbag light that comes and goes.  I pictured it on.  The cause is a driver side seat belt latch switch. (replaced easily and reasonably by getting a new seat belt latch.)  The boot is leather and looks great!  This Beetle comes with the optional windshield heater, spare leather cover, and hard mesh add on (all pictured).  The tires look like new with lots of tred!  The interior is very clean as well and the leather is in good shape as pictured.  This is a very rare find with the low miles and it is one of the most fun convertibles I have driven! This Beetle comes with a clean and clear title ready to be registered.  I do not want to overcall this convertible Beetle or undercall it, let the pictures, video and description tell the story.  I encourage you to come by appointment and inspect/drive the Beetle or have Ebay do an Ebay inspection before placing a bid.  I require 500 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction end.  If I do not receive the deposit before the time frame or before you come for the car, I will assume you are a dreamer or a scammer and not serious about buying it. Deposit: a 500 dollar non refundable deposit must be paid by paypal or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction end. Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to pay in full either by bank wire transfer, mailing check, or cash in person. Customer has 30 days from end of sale to pick up or make arrangments with me to have the vehicle stored.  All items are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind unless specified in the ad. We reserve the right to remove any listing due to on site sales. We also require that bidders internationally or with feedback score of zero contact us.

Customer pays sales tax and registration in the state they are from, we do not collect it. The deposit is non refundable, by backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. please remember you are bidding on a used vehicle and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. We do our best to show you every fault we can find but somethings things may go unseen to us. A 20 dollar per a day storage fee will be added to the final price if the vehicle is not picked up within 30 days of the auction end as that is what it cost me to store the vehicles. please contact me if you need more than 30 days prior to bidding.
