Deposit:We require a $1000 deposit upon winning bid of the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. All vehicles finances through our banks in Florida are subject to a State Doc Stamps charge based on the amount finance.

Auction Policies:Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. Vehicle cannot be paid for in full with a credit and or charge card. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Buyer Pickup:A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Transport:The Buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. We can help arrange shipping worldwide at reasonable rates, please contact your sales person for more details

Fee and Tax Information:

Out of State Buyers:Out of state buyers will be charged the the taxes in accordance with their County, City, and State tax, title, documentation fee ($699.50) and license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

In State Buyers:In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentation fees ($699.50). All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
