I am selling my 2012 VW Beetle Turbo. I leased this car in March of 2012. I no longer need this vehicle and would love to get it out of my driveway.The vehicle is in excellent condition with no damage at all, inside or out. It is a 2.0litre turbo with an automatic transmission and less that 15K miles. The car has heated seats, bluetooth, heated mirrors, power windows, locks, etc., tilt/telescoping steering wheel, rear spoiler, performance brakes, upgraded suspension and wheels. This car is a blast to drive and turns heads everywhere. It is a rocketship too with that turbocharged engine. Please message me or call the cell if you wish to discuss. New VW Beetle Convertible ad needs no disguise

Convertibles make you do funny things. Ask someone if they'd drive a hardtop in near freezing temperatures with all the windows down and they might not even answer, thinking the question so ridiculous. Give that same person a convertible they love and you might just have to ask them to please put the top up even when snow is on the ground.
That guy has to take precautions to enjoy his proclivities, and as this new ad for the Volkswagen Beetle Convertible shows, not everyone understands. Have a watch below, and note that there's just one woman in the minute-long spot, and she's nowhere near the car. Seriously, why didn't VW run this commercial during the Super Bowl?

More Fun Than A Prius, Less Sensible Than A TDI
Let's have some fun, and do some math. We're talking pretty rudimentary stuff, multiplication and division, to figure out if the upcoming Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid can make a baseline case for itself against two very strong competitors in this segment. The competitors in question, at least for now, are two more Jettas: the diesel-drinking TDI and the fit-for-the-masses SE with VW's long-serving 2.5-liter engine.
To keep the equations clean and simple (hey, we're writers), we'll calculate based on the most flattering EPA miles per gallon stat from highway driving for all cars, assume a healthy 20,000 miles driven per year, and factor in today's average cost for the respective fuels these three require: diesel (TDI), regular (SE) and premium (Hybrid). We'll also start with the base prices for all models.
