I am re-listing this due to a non-paying, non-communicating bidder. This is a No Reserve auction so it will sell to the highest bidder. Please bid if you are serious about paying and taking possession of the vehicle.

This is a beautiful 1973 Triumph TR6 that has been meticulously cared for since leaving the dealership. It turns heads wherever it goes and draws lots of smiles, praise and questions from classic car enthusiasts everywhere. There is no better feeling than driving a collectible.

This convertible looks and drives GREAT with a smooth shifting transmission and a strong running 6 cylinder engine. The engine was completely rebuilt from top to bottom. It was rebuilt with all new parts a few years ago and has less than 2000 miles. There is only 62,400 original miles on the car.

The engine runs like a champ! It will go another 40 years with no problems. The transmission shifts smoothly through every gear. It also has a brand new clutch, new brakes, new tires, and a new soft top. It has also been upgraded to electronic ignition. This car has been garaged kept all its life and been meticulously maintained.

The red exterior is beautiful and shines like brand new! The body is straight with no dents. The chrome is beautiful and reflects like a mirror. The interior is immaculate. The seats look perfect with no rips, tears or fading. The door panels look brand new. All the accessories and black trim on the vehicle look brand new! The wooden dash board is still in good shape. This car is RUST FREE.

The pictures do this car no justice! If you live in the area, I encourage you to see it in person. You will be very impressed.

This is a very reliable vehicle that will make a very fun toy or great daily driver. Donít miss the opportunity to own one of the cleanest TR6ís in existence today. They are becoming more rare (and valuable) by the day! Bid now and save the heartache of losing out! I also have it advertised locally for $14,000 OBO but it will be sold with absolutely NO RESERVE right here on eBay!

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Sun, 21 Sep 2014 19:45:00 EST

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
