This is a frame off restoration of a "No Rust Ever" dry western car. This beauty has a Powder Coated Frame! That mean's it won't rust and will shine for year's! The car was over a year in the making and feature's 3 DCOE Weber carburator's on a Canon intake manifold, talk about Scat! The smooth inline six has been totally rebuilt and features a new Dual ANZA exhaust! Super quick throttle response from the Weber's and a sound that only an ANZA system can make. A truck full of NOS British Triumph part's were used on this restoration along with genuine leather seating upholstery. Even has a top of the line NEW reflective edge convertible top. She has a bare metal up PPG single stage (No Clear Coat!) paint finish in it's rare original Safron color. The owner has 2 choice's on wheel's for this car, the original painted wire wheels or available at extra cost ($1400.00) aluminium knockoff minilite's. Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
