Selling my 1976 Triumph Spitfire that I just finished restoring. All new carpet, dash, steering wheel, stereo, weatherstripping, and seat belts. The car also has a fresh paint job (still original British Racing Green), new windshield, spark plugs/wires, newer rag top, and splash guards. I had the brakes inspected and lines flushed in the past month, along with an oil change. I had a new sport exhaust installed a couple of weeks ago. This car has overdrive and is the only year of the higher compression. When I ripped out the seats and old carpet, I painted the floor pans and trunk with Por-15 (aka frame paint, it'll never rust). The car comes with an existing tonneau cover, along with a brand new one still in the box. I have invested over $9000 in this car. I don't have to sell it and don't need help selling it. If I can find the right buyer and get the price I'm asking, I'll let it go. I have pictures from the restoration along with all manuals for the car.

Here's a list of the major things I have done to this car.

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Sun, 21 Sep 2014

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
