We are the second owners of this great car. Included is the "original" window sticker, and all paper work when purchased in 1976. This car has been maintained lovingly for it's entire life.

The "upgrades" the car has been given are very minor, and are easily converted back to "original". All the work has been to make her more reliable and easy to maintain and drive. Every effort has been given to maintaining as stock as possible look and feel and the removal of as little as possible of the stock components. All original stock parts removed are included with the sale (except the rear leaf springs, they were shot)  Other then the following list of upgrades, This car is "bone" stock, right down to the original tool kit and jack in the trunk.

Recently the car has had the following done:

New tires

New shocks

New Brake pads

New "performance" upgraded front springs, and rear leaf springs

New battery

Weber DGV 32/36 Carburetor with water heated choke and intake.

Holley electric fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator

Electric Cooling fan and Thermostat

GM 60amp Alternator

AM / FM / CD with Ipod control

Other then what is mentioned above the car is original and in great shape for a 37 year old car. The paint is the original "Maple" and is starting to show wear on the hood. (small chips, and cracks) but still looks great for her age. The floor pans and trunk pans are solid and show no rust. (there is 2 tiny, smaller them a dime size, rust bubbles just starting behind the rear wheels that will need attention, see pics)

The top is in very good condition, No rips or tears, but the window stitching will need attention soon, (see pics)

Fun to drive, easy to maintain, and reliable. That was the goal with this car and it is true to form. We recently drove her over 5000 miles to Bonneville and back and she never once disappointed us. Good gas mileage, comfortable, and reliable.

No issues at all, ready to drive home.

As I stated, Everything that was "original" and removed was saved and boxed. I have a large box with many, many, spare parts, including all the removed parts and many spares. Spare bulbs, filters, ect. Manuals and all paperwork associated with this car are ready for the new owner.

 YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!!!

(this car is not a garage or trailer queen, this is a daily driver, and as such she not in "PERFECT SHOWROOM" condition. This is an excellent example of a 37 year old, properly maintained British Sports Car)

If you need anything else, or more pics, please let me know via email, text, or call: 731 358 5726

I will make every effort to help the new owner in delivery or shipping.

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Sun, 21 Sep 2014

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
