2010 Toyota Tundra Base Crew Cab Pickup 4-door 5.7l on 2040-cars

Year:2010 Mileage:44900
Location:

Attleboro Falls, Massachusetts, United States

Attleboro Falls, Massachusetts, United States

I have listed the condition of the truck already. I invite anyone interested to come look, inspect, and drive it. I have added an Alpine amplifier, driving 2 sets of Boston Acoustics PRO SE component speakers, which were professionally installed. The doors and part of the dash have been Dynamat installed at the same time as the speakers. The inside of the truck is very quiet without the radio on, and is very clear and loud with it on. I am including in the sale, as well, the remainder of my SiriusXM radio subscription. Not sure the length of time, probably about 5 or 6 months.

The truck has a factory installed bedliner, and also has a tow receiver with some sort of adapter included (never used). Also, this truck has a remote starter installed at the dealer at time of purchase.
The truck was purchased locally, from the dealer less than 3 miles away. Never had any problems.

As an incentive of getting my asking price or close enough to it, I will have the truck detailed thoroughly (IN and OUT) at a shop.

I am still making payments on the truck, final sale price will consist of the buyer making the payoff payment to the bank, with the balance being paid in cash or cashiers check to me. Depending on the location of the buyer, I will take the truck to them once the payment is made. I will write out a bill of sale and both buyer and seller will get notarized copies.

I will not ship this vehicle. I will work with the buyer to the best of my ability to make the transaction go smoothly. I invite all questions and concerns regarding anything pertaining to the sale of this vehicle to be addressed via email, then by phone.

Must sell this week. Check out the book value of the truck on NADA. It was over $36000 new. Winter's coming, 4 wheel drive is unbeatable in this truck. I believe the Rock Warrior package was the best looking option ever offered.

Thank you for your interest.

Camatte concept puts the Toy back in Toyota [w/videos]

Mon, 16 Jun 2014

It's been two years since Toyota first revealed its Camatte show car at the Tokyo Toy Show. Though sadly never destined for production, Toyota brought the concept back the following year as the Camatte 57s roadster, and is now returning to the same show with yet another take on the kid-friendly, configurable 1+2 with interchangeable body panels - this time with a slew of features that are fresh not only to the concept itself, but to the industry altogether.
This year the Camatte is being showcased in two forms: a bare chassis in the Tech Lab that lets kids see the inner workings of a modern automobile, and another in the Design Lab that lets kids draw their own motif for the concept that is then displayed on an LED hood.
The overall approach reminds us of the way Toyota's budget brand Daihatsu unveiled the Kopen roadster concept at the Tokyo Motor Show late last year, only even more kid-focused and decidedly more light-hearted than you might otherwise expect from one of the largest industrial giants in the world, and could only have been made for a toy exposition. In Japan. Which would explain the ridiculously upbeat videos below, where you'll also find the brief press release.

Toyota Aygo, Citro?n C1 to join Peugeot 108 in Geneva

Thu, 20 Feb 2014

Just the other day, Peugeot took the wraps off the new 108. But its new city car, like the 107 it replaces, doesn't stand on its own. The 107 was a sister vehicle to not only the Citroën C1 but also the Toyota Aygo. So it should come as little surprise that, while Peugeot was the first to release photos and details on its version, Citroën and Toyota will also be on hand with their own versions when the veils lift on all three at the Geneva Motor Show.
We're expecting the new trio of budget-oriented hatchbacks to bear the fruits of individual efforts to distinguish themselves one from another more than their predecessors, which essentially looked the same save for different badges. But from the teaser image above, we'd venture that the Toyota version will be a further departure from the 108 than the C1 will be.
One way or another we'll have to wait and see, but for now you can view Toyota's teaser clip below, along with the press releases confirming the debut of both in Geneva next month.

Toyota Camry Dragster takes the phrase 'sleeper' to its logical extreme [w/video]

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

Sometimes, looks can be deceiving. This is certainly one of those times, as Toyota successfully trolled the entirety of the media corps at the 2014 SEMA Show by rolling an innocent-looking Camry onto the floor... only to lift literally the entirety of its body to reveal an 850-horsepower, tube-framed dragster. Well, we have been asking for a more driver-oriented Toyota.
While it's designed to go fast in a straight line, the origin of the Camry Dragster's parts might be surprising. The 5.7-liter V8 engine, transmission, rear axle and electronics were plucked from the Toyota Tundra pickup. Toyota Racing Development donated a supercharger, while a wet-nitrous-injection system was also tacked on for that little extra something. Those goodies will help propel this anonymous looking monster through the quarter mile in just 9.8 seconds.
"This is the most extreme build we've ever unveiled at SEMA," said Toyota's motorsports chief Steve Appelbaum said in a statement. "The transformation from seemingly stock Camry to full-blown racecar just shocks the senses. Chuck Wade and the team at Motorsports Technical Center did a truly spectacular job executing the vision of this project."
