All oil changes and service have been performed by Hodges Subaru of Ferndale MI with only Subaru approved WRX/STI synthetic oil after rebuild 

THE HEADS:

DPR racing stage 3 port and polish / valve job. dpr specs as follows

- Failure analysis
- Check all surfaces for straightness
- Measure and record valve tip to base length
- Estimate including valve stem wear
- Remove carbon, clean head, and valve train components
- Calculate valve guide to stem tolerance
- Inspect deck surface finish for corrosion scratches, impact damage or
warping/cracking
- Inspect studs. threaded holes and cam journals for wear and clearance
- Inspect and test valve springs
- Inspect keepers and retainers
- Inspect heads and valve train for any signs of valve float
Debur
Lap, port faces and upper cap and gasket area
De-flashed inside out
Modify oil returns
Competition port and polish intake and exhaust
Gasket match or any intake/exhaust design fully port
Radius exhaust seats
De-shroud combustion chamber polish
CC Chamber and match all four volumes
Competition high flow multi angle valve job with preparatory angles
Port Faces Lapped Flat (Studs removed and reinstalled)

 these gears are actually made from mrt private labeled for gimmegears... which has closed due to the availability of the 6 speed. the gearset was $4500.00
