This AWD 1997 white Subaru Legacy GT is in good condition with only 150,916 miles on it. The exterior paint has minor flaws, such as a few scuffs and scratches, along with a dent (see photos) and one of the headlights is out. There is some tread left on the tires, however they seem to need balanced, rotated and/or aligned. There are roof racks already installed. The interior is in good condition. However, both back door interiors have some cosmetic damage. The two toned (black and gray) cloth upholstery has very minor wear and tear. The stock radio/cassette player works great. The "trunk" space is very large, with plenty of room for groceries, camping, moving small household items, or even your family pet!! The windows and locks are both power, and work fine, and it even has a sunroof! The heat and defrost work. This 5 spd manual transmission shifts gears smoothly. The clutch feels fine as well. All in all, I feel like this would be a great buy for ANYONE, this car is great for any age or lifestyle! And we all know Subarus have a long life span! 2015 Subaru WRX and WRX STI configurator comes online
Thu, 03 Apr 2014Subaru fans, get your clicking fingers ready - the configurator for both the 2015 WRX and the WRX STI are live on the company's consumer website.
With three trims of the standard WRX and two of the WRX STI available, customers can price out their ideal rally rocket. Aside from choosing a trim level, there's not a whole lot for dreamers to do here. A single interior trim (black) can be paired with a decent spectrum of colors. Each trim level only comes with one optional package, which ranges from $2,000 to $2,500 and includes some combination of navigation, a Harmon/Kardon stereo or push-button start. There are also a number of dealer-installed accessories available, as well.

2013 Subaru Legacy and Outback recalled over potential steering loss
Wed, 15 May 2013Subaru today announced a recall that affects 5,379 Legacy sedan and Outback wagon models in the United States. All of the affected 2013 model-year vehicles were built between February 15 and June 15 of 2012.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, "the inner and outer shafts of the steering column assembly may become disengaged from one another" in these vehicles. If that happens, the driver can lose the ability to steer the vehicle, which could obviously lead to all sorts of harmful things.
Subaru will notify owners of the problem, and affected models will have their steering columns replaced at dealerships, free of charge. Scroll down for the official NHSTA report.
Subaru to showcase five customized Levorg concepts at Tokyo Auto Salon
Sun, 22 Dec 2013Last month, Subaru unveiled the Levorg concept at the Tokyo Motor Show, previewing what could be the next Legacy wagon. But that's not the end of the story for the concept car.
With the Tokyo Auto Salon - Japan's equivalent to SEMA - approaching next month, Fuji Heavy has announced five customized versions of the Levorg. One is being prepared by Subaru itself with a focus on luxury (including new alloy wheels and a burgundy interior), one by Subaru Tecnica International (with strut brace and aero kit) and one each by aftermarket Subaru tuners Corazon, Syms and Prova.
Subaru will also display a pair of racecars based on the BRZ: the Super GT300 version we've already seen and a new STI NBR Challenge racer aimed at the Nürburgring 24 Hours. Details in the press release below.
