They include: A couple of the wheels have a scratch from a minor curb surfing incident. The front under body spoiler and front bumper has some rock dings, scratches and minor cracksBy the way, after I created this listing, I noticed the automated eBay AutoCheck report lists that this car was in an accident in Hawaii... It probably comes at no surprise, but this car has never been to Hawaii, nor has it even left the state of Texas. I am trying to figure out how to get that cleared up, but it is not correct."

I am finally selling my 2007 STI Limited, #391 / 800 with 101,000 highway miles. I have been the only owner and only driver and have had this car since the day it was literally pushed off the truck into the dealer prep area. It is in excellent mechanical and physical condition and only has some minor cosmetic issues. The only modifications I have ever done to the car are using the Cobb APv2 stage 1 program (because it improves the car's pedal response and general drivability), the Cobb SF intake and Madico ceramic window tint. I have uninstalled the Cobb stage 1 program and am willing to sell that with the car if you would like it.

This car has been treated like a well-kept child... It has always been garaged, oil changes with Amsoil every 2500 - 3200 miles, never been driven on a track, filter cleaning every oil change and filter change every 10k miles or so. The local Subaru dealer has done all of the service and maintenance and I have always done the major services well before they have come due.. again with no kids, my car gets the royal treatment in my household.

For those not familiar with the limited run (800 units, 400 grey and 400 white) 2007 STI Limited, this is still my favorite STI to-date. Stock, it includes all of the same mechanical as the normal 2007 STI, but includes a low profile stealth spoiler, black Brembo brake calibers vs yellow, silver wheels instead of gold, same racing profile seats, but covered in leather, a great premium stereo, black front under bumper spoiler and generally just a great looking car.

It has a clean title and VIN is: JF1GD77627L502383. As I mentioned, mechanically the car is in fantastic condition, as I have never really driven it that hard. I just brought it into Subaru last week and brakes, the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires (my favorite tires) both have good life in them still, etc. The main issues with the car are some small cosmetic items.

Other than these, the car is in great shape inside and out.

The below photos and ones at the following dropbox link are all from September 4th, 2013.

New Subaru Outback spied for the first time

Fri, 21 Mar 2014

The Outback has been a strong seller for Subaru, especially in its most recent generation when it combined station wagon utility with crossover looks. The model is getting an imminent redesign just like its platform-mate the Legacy, and here are the first spy photos of it testing in Europe against an Audi Q5.
The cladding makes it very hard to tell what exactly Subaru is doing with the styling, but it's clear that they are sticking to the combined wagon/CUV look from the current gen. Many parts appear taken almost directly from the new Legacy like the door-mounted mirrors, creased hood and angular headlights. The windshield also appears more steeply raked than today's Outback, and at the rear the taillights look thinner and more vertical.
We are expecting the new Outback to use the revised 2.5-liter four-cylinder and possibly the 3.6-liter boxer six-cylinder from its sedan counterpart at launch. However, a previous rumor indicated the possibility of a smaller six-cylinder and a turbocharged four-cylinder being added to the lineup, but these new engines might still be a few years away.

Subaru WRX and STI meet at the dyno with interesting results

Wed, 26 Feb 2014

Road and Track recently put the 2015 Subaru WRX and the 2015 WRX STI through a battery of dyno tests to find out not only how much difference there is between their two engines, but what kind of differences there are. The WRX gets the company's new FA20 2.0-liter boxer four-cylinder engine with features like a twin-scroll turbocharger, direct injection and variable valve timing on its two cams. The WRX STI stands pat with the older EJ-Series motor, meaning a 2.5-liter boxer four-cylinder with port fuel injection and carryover turbo lag. Subaru pegs the $26,295 WRX at 268 horsepower, 258 pound-feet of torque and an "extremely conservative" 0-60 mile per hour time of 5.4 seconds. The $34,495 STI clocks in at 305 hp and 290 lb-ft with a 0-60 mph time of 5.1 seconds. Ok, fight.
R&T's dyno runs sussed power numbers at the wheel of 223 hp and 245 lb-ft for the WRX, 247 hp and 243 lb-ft for the STI, then went on to demonstrate in numbers what everyone knew: that the WRX consistently puts out more of its torque earlier than the STI and achieves full boost almost three seconds quicker. On the other hand, on the track, the STI was also shown to have a conservative official 0-60 mph time, stopping the timer at 4.8 seconds compared to the WRX's 5.2 seconds.
The mag says it has comprehensive results coming from its "complete battery of tests," but for now, you can scrutinize their dyno charts and let the battle continue about which one you'd rather put your money down for.

Subaru is America's third most off-roaded brand

Tue, 01 Jul 2014

When you think of iconic off-road brands, where does Subaru fall on your radar? Somewhere in the middle? Perhaps near the bottom? Don't worry, you're not alone. Until recently spending some time in Bend, OR, where we drove the all-new 2015 Subaru Outback, we never really pegged the Japanese automaker to be a highly lauded brand among off-road enthusiasts, despite many of the company's products actually being quite capable when the going gets rough.
But the data says we're wrong. According to a 2013 J.D. Power study, Subaru vehicles have some of the highest use off road compared to other brands - of course "off road" here just means anything not on a paved road, so even gravel trails and tame two-tracks count in these statistics. Nearly 29.5 percent of its cars are used on trails and dirt roads, with only the Ram and Jeep brands besting that statistic, at 30.2 and 31.0 percent, respectively. Said another way, Subaru sold 424,683 vehicles in the US in 2013, meaning that some 125,281 saw off-road use. Mainstream brands like GMC, Ford and Chevrolet all trail Subaru, and even Land Rover comes in at less than 20 percent.
Some 34.7 percent of Outbacks are taken off paved roads, according to J.D. Power data.
