There is a warning light that states that the right rear folding seat in not latched when it is, probably the sensor. The overall condition of this vehicle's exterior is average and has some blemishes and defects. The picture of the right rear quarter panel and bumper are trying to show where there has been previous paint work from a scrape and the paint job is not the best but it does match. The majority of my vehicles come from new car dealer trades . My dealership is located in Troutman NC just minutes from Statesville NC. Take I 77 to exit 42 , turn left and go 0.4 mile. We are located on the left 820 S Main St Troutman NC 28166. Look for the US boat propeller sign, we share the parking lot.

I personally drive all vehicles and check them out before listing them on eBay. I drive motorcycles around my neighborhood and I drive all cars at least 20 miles to get the fluids warm. I then check all electrical items, A/C, brakes. etc. I park the vehicles and let them sit 45 minutes and check for any fluid leaks on the ground. If anything does not work properly I will let you know. Of course I am only human and these are mechanical creatures
All vehicles are on retail display . I may or may not have hand books, floor mats, and additional keys. I generally do, if not I can obtain them at a minimal cost. I try to give the most accurate description I can. Do not assume anything not listed is included. If you are not sure about something, please ASK.
A large number of the vehicles listed are recent trades that are being sold at great prices and will not be detailed or serviced by me. Please plan on servicing and detailing the vehicle when you get it home.

I accept cashiers check or paypal for the deposit. I only accept bank to bank wire transfer, cash in person or US bank cashiers check for balance. No personal checks or drafts of any kind.
Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A deposit of $200.00 is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2001 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

The Associated Press reports three former Saab executives have been arrested on charges of accounting fraud. Swedish prosecutor Olof Sahlgren has refused to identify the individuals, but says they're suspected of attempting to evade taxes by falsifying Saab accounts between 2010 and 2011 during the Spyker years. Other reports indicate the parties involved include former General Counsel to Saab Kristina Geers (seen to the left of former CEO Victor Muller, above), a 15-year-veteran of the company - her husband, Eric, was the company's communications director for 9 years as well. Saab filed for bankruptcy in 2011, and was purchased shortly thereafter by National Electric Vehicle Sweden. If convicted, the trio could face up to four years in prison for their crimes under Swedish law.
The new owner of Saab, National Electric Vehicle Sweden, has bolted together its first two new cars at the company's traditional home in Trollhättan. The two 9-3 sedans were built to work bugs out of the production line and test newer components before full-scale production starts near the end of the year. NEVS acting President, Mattias Bergman, issued a statement saying, "Prior to our decision to start production of Saab cars, we need to finalize a few remaining dialogues to build partnerships with suppliers. We now know that the plant is ready for production." First up for NEVS will be gas-powered, turbocharged 9-3s, before bringing a facelifted, electrified variant later next year. There are also plans to rejigger Saab's never-was Phoenix architecture for production, although NEVS needs to excise the remaining General Motors tech from the platform before building anything. According to a report on Automotive News Europe, once under way, NEVS has set an optimistic target of 120,000 units per year by 2016, with sales focused in Europe and China - there's no official word on if NEVS ever plans to bring the Saab name back to North America.
Saab lovers take notice. Swedish auction house KVD has some ultra rare Saab products on the block, and we're not talking about a 1950s Saab 92. Up for auction are a bunch of low-mileage Saab models being sold off as part of the bankrupted automaker's assets. Included in the lot of cars are models like the 2012 9-5 SportCombi (above), the 2012 9-4X (shown below) and even a 9-5 sedan driven by Victor Muller himself. Discovered by PistonHeads, this Saab auction has numerous 9-5 SportCombi and 9-4X models, which should prove to be very rare cars. Only a small number of 9-4Xs were ever sold, and Saab closed up shop before the 9-5 SportCombi could even go on sale here. In addition to the rarity, many of the cars have fewer than 10 miles on their odometers and seemingly low reserve prices; a 9-4X 3.0 XWD Premium with just six miles has a current bid of 180,000 Swedish Krona (just over $27,000 USD) that has already met the reserve price. Some of the cars still have the protective factory shipping tape covering up the interior and exterior. Other than the rare SportCombis and 9-4Xs being auctioned off, there's also a sharp 2012 9-3 Cabriolet with 11 miles on the clock and a V8-powered 2006 Saab 9-7X with just 3,003 miles.
