THIS CAR IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I WISH I COULD KEEP IT BUT I HAVE TO GET A BIGGER VEHICLE FOR MY DOGS.

IF I HAD THE OPTION OF KEEPING IT I WOULD BUT I CANNOT USE THIS CAR FOR 3 DOGS, I DONT WANT TO RUIN IT.

HANDLING IN THIS CAR IS FAR SUPERIOR TO ANY CAR I HAVE EVER DRIVEN AND WHEN I DO GET THE CHANCE TO ONE DAY BUY ANOTHER STICK SHIFT TRUCK, THIS WOULD BE THE ONE.  I WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY.
THE STEREO SYSTEM IN THIS CAR IS SO LOUD YOU WILL GET OUT FEELING LIKE YOU WERE JUST IN A LATE NIGHT CLUB WITH YOUR EARS BUZZING.

I HAVE DRIVEN LOANERS AND THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THE WAY THIS ONE DRIVES. INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION PREMIUM PACKAGE

CAR IS GREAT ON GAS AND ALSO HAS A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

THERE ARE A FEW MINOR DINGS BUT NOTHING  MAJOR (THAT ARE HARDLY NOTICEABLE THATS HOW MINOR THEY ARE) THAT A DEALER COULD FIX FOR A SMALL PRICE.

ALL IN ALL THIS CAR IS EXCELLENT.

Porsche releases new images of LMP1 racecar

Mon, 26 Aug 2013

Porsche has released another batch of images of its LMP1 competitor preparing for its debut season in 2014. This isn't the first we've seen of the new car, as June saw four images of the new racer undergoing testing. Where those images looked merely like someone taking pics during the test, the 11 new images seen above have all the hallmarks of highly polished PR shots.
That aside, the camo-covered cars still provide another look at what the new LMP1 car will look like when it arrives next season. The taillights follow the example set by Audi, by vertically mounting ultra-thin LEDs on the tips of the rear wing, while the LED headlights sport the four-prong look that Porsche has been pushing of late. Besides those two items, its difficult to make out many details due to the amount of camo.
Porsche's LMP1 effort will be focused on the FIA World Endurance Championship, which will see the revered brand return to the top flights of the 24 Hours Of Le Mans with F1 ace Mark Webber behind the wheel. As we've mentioned before, the German brand has set up a dedicated microsite that will cover its newest racer's progress.

Porsche (finally) unleashes full, official details on 918 Spyder

Mon, 09 Sep 2013

Porsche has finally let released all of the details on the 918 Spyder, the German brand's challenger to the McLaren P1 and Ferrari LaFerrari, after months of leading our poor, performance-loving hearts on. The covers were lifted at the Volkswagen Group night, an enormous precursor to the Frankfurt Motor Show, and include a massive, 11,000-word press release that's attached at the bottom of this page.
The 918 Spyder features a mid-mounted, dry-sump-lubricated, 4.6-liter V8 engine that generates 608 horsepower when left to its own devices. Combined with a trio of electric motors, which produce 286 hp, the total system horsepower for the 918 Spyder rests at 887 ponies. That's less than the McLaren P1 (903 hp) and the LaFerrari (949 hp), but the Porsche is also likely to be a bit cheaper, starting at $845,000, while the McLaren will be in the seven-figure range for certain, and it will more than likely be joined by the LaFezza.
The 918 Spyder counters with a 2.8-second jog to 62, a 7.7-second run to 124 and it will hit 186 in 22 seconds.

Modded budget Mazda Miata takes on new Porsche Boxster in more challenges

Tue, 23 Sep 2014

Earlier this month, our friends across the pond at Auto Express released the first in a two-video series that would see them try and build up a second-generation Mazda MX-5 Miata that could best a standard Porsche Boxster around the track. While that first video detailed the mods to the MX-5 - a supercharger, some suspension upgrades and a new set of super-sticky rubber being chief among them - and set baseline lap times for the stock car, today, we have the results of the 5,000-pound ($8,200) upgrade job.
Of course, we aren't going to spoil those for you. You'll need to watch the full video, which recaps the upgrades before digging into a comparison of both straight-line-speed differences between the 2.7-liter Porsche Boxster and blown Miata, as well as their behavior and lap times on the track.
Take a look and let us know what you think in Comments.
