Up for sale is a 2002 Pontiac Trans Am Collector's coupe. Recently purchased from the second owner. He purchased the car in Florida 2/15/2003 with 4259 miles. Options include...Traction control, Hurst shifter and 12 disc cd changer. The car is all stock with NO modifications. It runs,drives and shifts like it was new. The exterior looks to be all original paint. The previous owner removed the side feather stripes (personally I like it better without). The are available for the purist. The body and paint are near perfect. There are some minor nicks and scratches around. These are very minor. The interior is a non smoker showing little wear and no funny odors. The car rides on 3 of its original tires. The car drives fine but it will need new tires soon. Included in this sale is 1 set of keys with remote,owners manual,floor mats and t-top shades. This Auto Aerobics car art ties our brains in knots like pretzels

2013 Hurst Edition Trans Am
Mon, 13 May 2013No, you didn't read our title wrong. This is a 2013 model year Trans Am, and yes, that is a Pontiac logo affixed to the front of the car. But don't bother dialing up your local General Motors dealership just yet. This is the new Hurst Edition Trans Am created by the Trans Am Depot located in Tallahassee, FL. Having spent a number of years restoring early Trans Am models, the crew at Trans Am Depot finally did what many Pontiac enthusiasts wish GM would have done - create a modern Trans Am using the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro.
As the former owner of a 1977 model, I've been wanting to check out Trans Am Depot ever since I first saw the company have American Choppers build a trio of motorcycles inspired by its Pontiac remakes. So I jumped at the chance to head to Florida's capital city to visit the shop and drive its latest creation, the new Hurst Edition Trans Am. As a collaboration with Hurst, this car made its debut at the 2012 SEMA Show and then popped up again on our radar with a cheesy yet perfectly fitting video back in March.

GM expands ignition switch recall to over 1.3 million cars amid climbing death toll

588,000 Saturn Sky, Saturn Ion, Pontiac Solstice and Chevy HHR models join the 778,000 cars already being recalled.
General Motors has announced a massive expansion of a 778,000-unit recall we told you about two weeks ago, doubling not only the total number of cars affected but expanding the recall beyond Chevrolet Cobalt and Pontiac G5 models previously mentioned. The recall originally centered around ignition switches that could slip out of the "run" position if jostled or if any weight was applied to the key in the cylinder.
