Find or Sell Used Cars, Trucks, and SUVs in USA

on 2040-cars

Year:2003 Mileage:144000 Color: pillar inserts

Halifax, NS, Canada

I'm selling my 2003 Nissan 350Z. It's the brickyard paint, almost looks like a purple color but is apparently a type of brown.  This paint was only used on the 2003 models of this car.
There are 144xxx Kilometers on the vehicle, it's a Canadian car but I've had it stored during winter since I purchased it.

It's supercharged with a Vortech Supercharger, has a smaller s/c pulley so it will spin faster, front mount intercooler. intake spacer, headers, cats removed, through to dual nismo exhaust.  There's a Meth kit installed, which has braided stainless lines which go direct into 850cc injectors.  There's an upgraded Walbro fuel pump which has braided lines.  The front swaybar has been upgraded to a much thicker diameter bar.  The meth kit is fully adjustable.  These cars come factory with a full Bose stereo, including Bose factory installed subwoofers.  Has an AEM Air/Fuel ratio guage in the dash, tinted front and hatch windows, carbon fiber exterior pillar inserts.

The car has all new aftermarket shocks, and is lowered on 19x10 rims.  The tires are Michelin pilot sport tires which are pretty much brand new, they cost $3700 alone.

The supercharger kit is supposed to put the car around 500hp, and it's extremely powerful and a definite eye catcher!

Starting the bidding at $21,000

Any questions just ask.

2014 Nissan GT-R [w/video]

Chasing The Legend
There are only a handful of vehicles in existence that can change you permanently - ones that have the power to rewire your concept of speed to fit their definition. Some five years after the Nissan GT-R legally touched down here in the US for the first time, the coupe is still bending perceptions of what it means to be a supercar in the modern age. For 2014, engineers reworked the GT-R's twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 engine for more power, tweaked the transmission and massaged the suspension for ever more speed. Yes, that's right, I said more speed.
The changes have sharpened one of the best performance buys on the market into a weapons-grade track assault vehicle that just so happens to be street legal. More than ever, this is a car that rankles established supercar players with names like Lamborghini, Ferrari and Porsche, and does so with a Nissan badge on the hood.

Nissan Canada kills Cube, is US next?

Mon, 12 May 2014

Canadians, say goodbye to the quirky Nissan Cube. In fact, it's too late; it's already gone. The question now becomes whether the boxy model gets the axe in the US as well.
Nissan didn't exactly publicize the Cube's Canadian retirement. An Autos.ca reader noticed that the vehicle was no longer listed on the automaker's official site in the Great White North. He tweeted the company about it and was told, "Yes, the Nissan Cube has been discontinued in Canada."
The news certainly makes you wonder what the future for the model is in the US. The Cube isn't exactly a hot seller here, either. According to Nissan's last sales results, it sold just 356 units in April, down 23.9 percent from a year ago, and 1,604 vehicles from January to April, down 33.7 percent. Annual sales were as high as 23,000 units in 2010, but they started dipping as early as 2011.

2013 Nissan Pathfinder drivers reporting loss of power, 'shuddering' [w/video]

Wed, 29 May 2013

No one appears to have a handle on the numbers, but more than a few owners are registering the same complaint about the CVT-equipped 2013 Nissan Pathfinder: that it "shudders" and loses power when accelerating from a standstill or at low speeds. According to posters at places like Pathfinder Talk, Edmunds, Auto Recalls for Consumers and About Automobile, it happens between about 20 to 40 miles per hour, the sensation is described as being like "driving over a rumble strip" and the power loss occurs for about three to four seconds.
ABC 13 in Houston rode with Pathfinder owner Marlise Holzworth to experience the issue, Holzworth saying that it feels like her vehicle is about to stop when the shudder occurs. Nissan responded to the report, saying that, "A new part has been developed for 2013 Pathfinders that exhibit symptoms similar to those Ms. Holzworth describes. The necessary part should be available at Nissan dealers in June."
Likewise, according to a post on the PathfinderTalk forum, user Krsin97 was informed by a Nissan engineer in April that "[We] are aware of the problem and Nissan is working on update that will come out at the end of June to eliminate the problem."
