Welcome to a fantastic opportunity. You are viewing an absolutely beautiful, one-owner and extremely low mileage 2008 Mini Cooper S Turbo. This Mini is sexy, sleek, extra-clean and priced thousands below retail. Certainly the best color combination for this personal Sports car. High-gloss Chili Red exterior, compliments the Black and Graphite Sport interior perfectly, and the matching Black Rally striping and Carbon Fiber accents really give this Mini S a stunning and aggressive appearance. Having very low, pampered, one-owner miles...it runs, drives, performs and handles like new. And with John Cooper Works accessories, it performs better than new!

Again, with only 19,401 original, sunny South Florida miles, no lengthy description is necessary. That's right folks-19,000 original miles! This car is in outstanding condition. The interior even retains a hint of the new car smell. We are offering this lovely Sports car to our eBay clientele on auction for 7 days with No Reserve. That's right, the highest and savviest bidder will be getting a front-line vehicle of their dreams! This car is simply awesome and incredibly fun to drive. We have this 2008 Mini Cooper S completely serviced and ready for an incredibly loving new home. Will it be yours?!?!?

This fine example is among the lowest mileage Mini's in the nation and we have it priced way below retail for an immediate post-Christmas sale! If this Holiday Season you didn't get what you wanted from Saint Nick, consider this a re-do! Imagine all the fun you will have with this sexy and stylish automobile, while still getting upwards of 34 mpg highway. This is a fun, fun car! It is a one-owner vehicle that was purchased new in Miami Beach, Florida and has remained a South Florida vehicle its entire life. For those of you unfamiliar with South Florida, it is considered the Beverly Hills of the East Coast. No shortage of high-end exotic cars and homes around here. And the roads are in fantastic condition as well. Being a Florida vehicle has major benefits. No harsh weather, no harsh roads, no potholes, no snow, no salt, no rust, no hills...you should be getting the picture. Only one, careful, meticulous owner.....and it shows.

Of course, this S Turbo is in spectacular condition and is a front-line vehicle. In fact, CarMax Miami had it on their front-line and offered for sale less than a month ago....The difference, their price was way above what we are conservatively asking. Naturally, CarMax checks out all their cars extensively...front to back, top to bottom, in and out. So, you know you are getting yourself a first rate vehicle, at a fraction of its original price, AND thousands less than what CarMax wanted (with their big overhead!). This is truly a no-brainer for those of you looking for a unique Mini Cooper S with striking good looks, and performance to match. JCW Carbon Fiber hood scoop, rear spoiler and grille's, tuned exhaust system....this one is nice, nice, nice!

While most Mini's offered for sale have an AutoCheck score in the range of 70-83, ours scored an ultra-impressive 95! How's that for peace of mind! As expected, absolutely no accidents of any kind, with Crystal Clean CarFax and AutoCheck history reports, and no title problems, as well as only one-owner with documented mileage. We can certainly assist with transport within the Continental US and Worldwide! We list our vehicles to sell, and many sell with just a simple phone call to our sales associate. Don't miss out on this one. You will not find another one this nice, with this mileage, or at this ridiculous offer on a True Auction anywhere...period. Among the nicest you will find anywhere--you may be lucky enough to find one that is as nice, but I can guarantee that you will not find one that is nicer. This Mini Cooper S is perfect. Tastefully accessorized, this is a great Mini you will be proud to own. Carefully-owned and driven, professionally maintained-all it needs is a new home. Please feel free to call or e-mail us and enjoy a wonderful buying experience. 561.283.9511 ask for Steve. We are even including a complete set of Mini Cooper S Racing floor mats, as well as both original factory keys (and remotes). Mini Hardtop Oxford Edition priced as the range's value champion

Wed, Apr 21 2021

Mini has released pricing information for the 2022 Hardtop Oxford Edition, a value-oriented trim level positioned as the entry point into the range. Offered with two or four doors, it's surprisingly just as affordable as it was in 2018. The Oxford Edition is an evolution of the Classic trim, which was updated with a new-look design for 2022. It comes standard with 17-inch wheels, LED headlights, leatherette upholstery, heated front seats, an 8.8-inch touchscreen, a digital instrument cluster, and several electronic driving aids. It's the cheapest Mini, but it's clearly not cheap in every sense of the word. Buyers have six exterior colors to choose from, and they can select black or gray wheels. Oxford Edition models share their drivetrain with the standard Hardtop Cooper. Power comes from a turbocharged, 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine, which produces 134 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque. It spins the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. Light and nimble, the Cooper is close in spirit to the original Mini. Pricing for the 2022 Oxford Edition starts at $20,600 for the two-door model and $21,600 for the four-door, figures that include a mandatory $850 destination charge. In comparison, the 2019 models launched in 2018 cost exactly the same; even the destination charge hasn't increased, which is extremely unusual in the automotive industry. Mini notes the Oxford Edition represents a $6,150 value. Ordering a standard two-door with the aforementioned features would increase its price to $26,750 including destination, while a four-door would cost $27,750. Buyers willing and able to stretch their budget can order the Oxford Plus package, which bundles a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a panoramic sunroof (two of the Hardtop's most popular options) for $1,500. While the first Oxford Edition was initially only for college students and recent graduates, and later also for military members and recent retirees, Mini told Autoblog the 2022 model can be ordered by all buyers regardless of where they work, if they work, and whether they go or went to college. It's available now across the nation.

Mini recalls nearly 100,000 cars for potential electrical fire risk

Fri, May 26 2023

Mini is recalling more than 97,000 cars to address a potential fire risk. The recall covers the 2008-2014 Mini Clubman (including Cooper, Cooper S and John Cooper Works models) and the 2007-2013 Mini Hardtop 2 Door (again encompassing Cooper, Cooper S, John Cooper Works variants). In both models, a control module beneath the driver-side A-pillar is susceptible to water intrusion under certain circumstances. If the electronics inside are exposed to water, a short circuit may occur, which Mini says could lead to a "thermal event" — engineer speak for "fire." While Mini says there are multiple circumstances under which the module can become compromised, the recall is currently limited to models sold in climates where the use of road salt is prevalent. In this environment, road salt entering the cabin via normal means (read: your boots) can accelerate corrosion if water is getting into the cabin. How might that happen? Mini says a common culprit is its own sunroof drain. Here's the full explanation, lifted directly from Mini's defect report: This safety recall involves the Footwell Control Module (FRM), an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) which controls various lighting and power window functions, and is installed near the bottom of the driverÂ’s side A-pillar behind an interior trim panel. Due to several contributing factors (environmental, certain US StatesÂ’ wintertime road treatment, vehicle design configuration and age), over time, the FRM could become susceptible to corrosion. For vehicles equipped with a sunroof, after a multi-year period involving large temperature changes, multiple freeze/thaw cycles can cause the vehicleÂ’s sunroof drain hose to become damaged, loosen and eventually detach from the drain pipe within the A-pillar, which could allow water to enter the vehicle interior. In certain US states, large amounts of road salt may be utilized during their wintertime road treatment activities. If water were to enter the interior, then in combination with road salt that may be present in the footwell, this could create an electrolyte solution. If this solution were to contact the FRM then, over time, this could lead to corrosion, possibly resulting in a short circuit. In rare cases, this could lead to a thermal event.

2025 Mini Cooper E and SE fully revamped and revealed at Munich Motor Show

Fri, Sep 1 2023

The 2025 Mini Cooper E and Cooper SE are here, and as you can tell by the names, Mini is starting with the electric models.  For better or worse, the new Mini Cooper design inside and out (no longer called “Hardtop") is one of the worst-kept secrets as of late. However, now we have all the official imagery of the 3-door EV, and we even got to see the car in person before the Munich Motor Show reveal. The Mini is thankfully still mini with an even shorter length than before, as the new Countryman is the one to get supersized. Its design slants toward minimalism, but it still highlights key features such as the round LED headlights, contrast roof and mirror colors and classic proportions. The lights – both in front and rear – even feature three customizable signatures, so you can choose your own adventure for your carÂ’s outward appearance. Other big changes include the deletion of chrome, flush door handles (like other new BMWs) and the lack of black cladding around the wheel arches. Mini improved the coefficient of drag with this new model to 0.28, and thanks to this, and to new battery and motor technology, the electric Mini Coopers are far more enticing than the first Mini SE. Two versions of the electric Mini Cooper will hit the market initially, with the base model being the Mini Cooper E. This model features a single electric motor making 184 horsepower and 214 pound-feet of torque, which Mini says does the 0-62 mph run in 7.3 seconds. It uses a 40.7 kWh battery pack that is good for 190 miles on the WLTP cycle, but expect that to be considerably lower for the EPA test. Meanwhile, the upgrade Mini Cooper SE ups output to 218 horsepower and 243 pound-feet, completing the 0-62 mph sprint in just 6.7 seconds. It also has a much bigger battery at 54.2 kWh, allowing for a range of 250 miles on the WLTP cycle. Charging speed is another big upgrade for these electric Minis, too, as the Cooper E can charge at speeds up to 75 kW, while the SE can do 95 kW. Mini says this gets both Coopers from a 10-80% charge in under 30 minutes. AC at-home charging maxes out at 11 kW. It also features a pre-conditioning program that will warm the battery pack in cold weather to ensure fast charging speeds when you arrive. This is part of a larger navigation system that will plan out your route to hit fast chargers as you go. As always, Mini is promising a fun-to-drive character from its entry-level hatchback.
