2004 Mini Cooper: Pepper White
The title is stated as clear, but, there is a loan balance attached. Once the car is paid for I will pay off balance and priority mail the title and and loan paid off sheet. The car has had a recent oil change using Castrol high mileage motor oil and new oil filter. The car has new EBC brake pads and new EBC slotted rotors on all four corners of the car, within 1500 miles. I just had new plugs, plug wires and valve cover casket replaced on 12/16/13. The car is mechanically sound, we just need a bigger car. The car also has reverse sensing and headlight washers, not seen on the newer Mini's. Also have Weather Tech all weather floor mats in the car. BMW owns Mini, so this is a very safe and reliable car. Will make a great first car or second car for city driving. Also is a shiftable automatic. |

Mini Cooper Countryman only small car to earn good grade in latest IIHS crash tests [w/video]

Competitors in the small-car segment didn't do nearly as well. Four vehicles earned "poor" grades.
Only one small car out of 12 tested earned a good grade in the latest round of crash-test results compiled by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The Mini Cooper Countryman received a "good" ranking on the organization's small-front overlap test.
Mini headed to North Pole to meet Santa Claus
Wed, 07 Nov 2012It seems that retailers are bringing out the Christmas decorations earlier each year, but Mini's premature holiday spirit could be one for the record books. The day after Black Friday, the "Mini Goes to Santa Claus" adventure will depart from BMW headquarters in Munich, Germany and head up Rovaniemi, Finland (just outside the Arctic Circle) to deliver Christmas letters to Santa Claus -he must have an mail outpost here for his North Pole workshop. Guinness World Records is also getting involved with this trek, by competing for a for the longest-ever wish list to Santa.
Mini has assembled teams of vehicles from 16 countries consisting of all of its current models to drive the almost 1,900 miles. Although it won't be a part of the convoy, the Mini Paceman will be in Rovaniemi to welcome the groups along with former rally driver Rauno Aaltonen who will "demonstrate his unequalled talent" while driving the Paceman. We're not exactly sure what this means, but snowy climates and rally drivers always seem to be a recipe for great entertainment to us.

Mini John Cooper Works Paceman is a potent little hot hatch in a fat suit
Mon, 14 Jan 2013If there's one thing we're never going to complain about, it's that Mini has found it necessary to put the John Cooper Works treatment on every single one of its models. We love the JCW package across the board, and the final installment of the high-performance chapter (for now, anyway) comes in the form of the John Cooper Works Paceman, debuting here at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
The John Cooper Works formula hasn't been altered in any way here, and like the JCW Countryman on which the Paceman is based, it comes standard with Mini's All4 all-wheel-drive system. We're sure it'll be a total hoot, and with 218 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque on tap, how could it not?
