I love this car... wouldn't sell it but moved in with girlfriend and

she has a newer car that we share. Girlfriend and Dave Ramsey say I

have to sell car! My loss is your gain.

This car screams class and success. It's a superb luxury car and make

you feel like a million bucks when you drive it. When you drive this

Mercedes S420 it helps you close the deal or helps get the panties (or

pants) off.

Cash Sale $3500 or best offer. Looking to sell ASAP.
Spent a small fortune and replaced transmission in car recently,
The car runs fine, but is in need of some TLC - Tender loving care.

Would make an excellent father and son repair project.
If you are a mechanic and know how to restore this car you could make

a few thousand dollars quickly and flip it. Car has some electrical

issues. I had to disable the power locks (by pulling out the fuse),

but still drives fine. There is a patch of rust on the top by the sun

roof that needs some attention and prevents the sun roof from opening.

Front bumper bottom hanging plastic fell off (below the bumper) - but

I have it in truck and it can probably be patched. Bose Stereo System

is awesome rocking,  but knob is missing from stereo. Wide Leather

seats fits even very big men or women. It's a supremely comfortable

ride. Looks & drives great, Must see, Never seen snow, Title in hand,

Very clean interior. Works with iPhone or mp3 player with included

adapter.  This car can last over a million miles with proper

maintenance. Care has HUGE owner satisfaction rating of 9/10. In 1995

you would have paid $76,000+ for this awesome luxury car.

I love this car, and I'll be sad to see it go, but I'm sure this car

will make the right buyer very happy.

Test drive the Mercedes SLS AMG Electric Drive with Chris Harris

Thu, 11 Apr 2013

It's hard to not like the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT. The all-aluminum coupe is fitted with a wonderful naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 delivering 583 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque. Not only does the burly combustion engine launch the two-seater to 60 miles per hour in less than four seconds, but it does so with one of the world's greatest exhaust soundtracks as it roars, burbles and cackles down the road.
But what happens when Mercedes-Benz takes away the V8 and its accompanying fire-burning song? Stripped of one of its most appealing assets, does the SLS lose its soul?
Chris Harris recently had the opportunity to take the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive for a track spin in Europe. Sans gasoline, but with four electric motors providing a combined 740 horsepower (737 pound-feet of torque), all-electric all-wheel drive coupe uses sophisticated torque vectoring and a multi-mode operating system to put oversteer - drifting! - back into the equation. Fun? You bet. See for yourself, below.

Mercedes-Benz releases stunning first images of 2014 S-Class

Mon, 18 Mar 2013

The all-new 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class, designated W222, is one of the most highly anticipated debuts of its model year. Every generation of the flagship sedan has broken new ground in technology and innovation for the entire industry, and the German automaker appears determined to raise the bar much further with its latest arrival as it promises to deliver "the best automobile in the world." Mercedes-Benz has just released nearly two dozen interior images of the new sedan, showing off style in design, craftsmanship in execution and pioneering advancements in technology.
Unlike all previous generations - the first S-Class officially arrived in 1972 - the 2014 model completely discards a traditional instrument cluster and replaces it with two high-resolution color displays in 8:3 format with a screen diagonal of 12.3 inches (the outgoing model's gauges were a mix of digital and analog). The left unit displays traditional analog gauges (digitally, of course) while the right unit is reserved for infotainment and comfort settings with the automaker's all-new mBrace2 - a cloud-based entertainment and information delivery system that is rolling out this year.

Mercedes-Benz Concept GLA gets official ahead of Shanghai

Thu, 18 Apr 2013

Mercedes-Benz has something special planned for the Shanghai Motor Show - a new CUV concept that we first saw when it leaked on the internet yesterday. The GLA Concept compact crossover will hit the show stand with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 208 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and 4Matic all-wheel drive, and likely previews a new production model that we've already spotted testing.
That's not news, but the laser-based headlamps with video-projecting capability certainly are. Mercedes-Benz says the array can project any image or video onto a screen, which is handy since there are a pair of HD cameras mounted to the roof rack. The cameras can be removed and taken with you on all sorts of adventures. The lamps also feature a visible cooling system comprised of a series of fans, and the system helps give the headlights their "sparkle" effect.
Step indoors and the GLA offers up the interior of a high-quality crossover, complete with contrasting leather and plenty of aluminum. The automaker says the cabin was inspired by saddle craftsmanship with "more than 65 feet of hand-stitched seams to hold the raw edges of the leather together."
