2006 Mercedes ML500 in beautiful white outside and tan inside. This is the best color combination. The vehicle has a clear clean Car-Fax and I have a clear one-owner title in hand. The tires are 85% and the vehicle runs and drives very good. The ML has the am/fm/cd/weather/navigation unit with I-Pod hook up in the glove box. My wife is currently driving the vehicle everyday. The miles will vary slightly because she is driving. It has 169200 right now but will have a few more at time of sale. I put 171000 on the ad as an estimate. The only reason I am selling is because she wants a 3rd row seat GL450. This is a super nice vehicle that has been well maintained by a Mercedes Benz master guild technician with over 18 years experience. I have all books, records and receipts. There are some bug flicks on the bumper and front of the hood as to be expected with normal driving. The console cover/ arm rest has a couple od minor little slits on the lid. Please call me at 205-266-3406 if you have any questions. My name is Todd. Shipping is at the winning bidder's expense. It is the buyer's responsibility to transport or export. All paperwork must be completed, and payment must be received before the vehicle can leave. I am very close to the Birmingham international airport. You may consider to fly in and drive home. If you live in Alabama, you will resposible for 4.75% tax and a title fee of $16.50. If you live in any other state, you take care of the tax and title there. I reserve the right to cancel this auction or sale at any time. My payment method is bank wire or cash in person. I do accept the $500.00 deposit through pay-pal. This will be an AS-IS sale regardless of age or miles. You are welcome to come in person and inspect item before the auction end or you can send any independent inspection service at your expense.

2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 Sport
Wed, 06 Mar 2013Mercedes Makes A Mighty Little Sedan
We got overexcited when the W203 Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan came out in 2001, calling it the "Baby Benz" when it really wasn't. We knew that, too, but our enthusiasm for a model more like the old 190 of the '80s was so strong that we were willing to stretch the first-gen C-Class to fit that mold. Today, the C-Class has done what all German premium cars do: grown in size. In this case, grown to satisfy the market intentions of the previous E-Class.
There was the tall A-Class sold from 1998 through 2010, but we never considered that a serious small Benz in the proper spirit, nor was it ever offered in the US. Regardless, we've been craving a smaller, premium, sexy sedan all the while.
Mercedes Sprinter updated to take on Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster
Mon, 29 Apr 2013By the end of this year, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter will be the second-oldest nameplate in its segment here in the States, but with hot new competition waiting in the wings, Mercedes-Benz is giving its hauler a freshened look and more equipment to stave off rivals. The Sprinter was a pioneer in bringing Euro-style delivery vans to North America, and it's inspired others to transplant their Continental offerings, with the all-new Ford Transit and Ram Promaster models launching shortly. It will also continue to do battle with lower-cost traditional competitors like the Chevrolet Express and Ford E-Series.
The big Sprinter will thus get a new look to go with more safety features and available technology. While the information released here technically covers the Euro-spec 2013 Sprinter (which goes on sale in September), the US market is expected to get the new Sprinter for the 2014 model year with many of the same features. Some of this new technology includes a Crosswind Assist feature as standard equipment and the availability of Collision Prevention Assist and Blind Spot Assist as optional safety measures - Mercedes-Benz says that all three are firsts for any van in the world. Also added to the updated Sprinter is a new 1.8-liter supercharged gasoline (or CNG) engine producing 156 horsepower, which will complement the line of diesel engines that carry over and help make the Sprinter the first cargo van to meet the upcoming Euro VI emissions standards. Additionally, a lower ride height is said to improve fuel economy and should improve handling while aiding ingress and egress for both people and cargo.
In terms of styling, the Sprinter's new face also looks more like the current line of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. This includes a more upright grille along with changes to the hood, headlights and bumper that lend it a closer kinship to models like the CLS-Class and the updated E-Class. The Sprinter will offer both halogen and HID headlights, while the latter will get LED running lamps and offer Highbeam Assist. The images shown here only reveal the exterior from front angles, but it looks like few, if any, changes have been made to the rear of the van. Interior upgrades include a thicker steering wheel, a new shift lever and the latest in audio, navigation and entertainment systems. Scroll down for the official press release for the new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG shows up to fight the hottest hatches [w/videos]
Wed, 13 Feb 2013Fun coincidence. On the same day that Audi announces the unveiling of its new S3 Sportback at the Geneva Motor Show, Mercedes-Benz steals the spotlight by confirming that the all-new A45 AMG will also receive its official debut early next month. Starting life as the entry-level A-Class hatchback, the A45 AMG gets the full AMG treatment, which includes numerous performance, handling and styling upgrades.
Under the hood sits an AMG-tuned 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 breathing through a sport exhaust system helping the five-door produce 360 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque. This engine is paired to a seven-speed AMG dual-clutch transmission and power is sent to the ground using 4Matic all-wheel drive. Mercedes-Benz says that the A45 AMG will be able to accelerate from 0-60 miles per hour in under 4.5 seconds and it will have a top speed of 155 mph; in the land of hot hatches, it doesn't get much hotter than that. For added performance and handling, AMG has retuned the A-Class' suspension and steering systems and equipped The A45 with a three-stage stability control system that is specific to this car.
Surprisingly, the exterior styling of the A-Class was already sporty enough that the new model doesn't receive too many changes to become the A45 AMG. The biggest alterations include black accents to the chin spoiler, rocker panels and mirror caps, black wheels with red-painted brake calipers and rectangular dual exhaust outlets. Inside, it doesn't take a trained eye to spot the differences. The flat-bottomed sport steering wheel and the numerous red accents throughout the cabin (including the seatbelts!) really help to make this AMG interior stand out; front passengers will also get sport bucket seats that appear to be more than supportive enough for even the most spirited driving conditions.
