Up for sale is my 2002 Mecedes G500. Vehicle Runs great, and is mechanically reliable. Vehicle does have 172k+ miles and wll be driven while auction ends, this is my daily driver. The vehicle interior is descent for a vehicle of this mileage and year, it does have some soiled spots on the carpet and stains but does not have any rips or tears. The only service I have provided to this vehicle is oil change every 3-4 months. The vehicle does have some issues and will be sold as is where is. The issues are as follow: AC does not blow cold, left rear window does not go down, locks dont work properly they have to be locked manually, except for drivers side that lock works fine so you can lock or unlock with the key fab, power seats, passenger and drivers do not work poperly. Mileage and issues are the reason for the low price. Vehicle has a clear title with no liens and no salvage history. I have bought and sold high ticket items on ebay, feraris, lamborghinis etc. I have perfect feedback, bid with confidence. I have described all known issues. Please bid accordingly. Mercedes goes boating again with G63 AMG-inspired Cigarette
Wed, 06 Feb 2013Cigarette Racing has another Mercedes-Benz AMG-themed boat headed out to sea. After The SLS AMG-inspired 46-foot Rough Rider in 2010 and the C63 AMG Black Series-inspired 50-foot Marauder in 2012, this year's Miami Boat Show will introduce the 42-foot Huntress, theme provided by the G63 AMG.
The latest Cigarette homage is less overly racy than the ones before, befitting a watercraft modeled off a performance SUV, but don't let the looks fool: there are five Mercury Racing Verado 350SCi outboard engines, each one of them packing a supercharged inline six-cylinder with, natch, 350 horsepower. Those 1,750 horses will be good for 78 miles per hour when you've got some saltwater underneath you.
If you're in South Florida this week, Booth B-23 at the Miami Convention Center could be your best place to see it. Otherwise, like the 536-hp G63 AMG, it could be hard to catch. There's a press release with more information below.

Mercedes Concept GLA45 AMG is ready to run
Wed, 20 Nov 2013This is the Mercedes-Benz Concept GLA45 AMG, and what we mean by that is, "This is the Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG." Mercedes has just unveiled the liveried 'concept' at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, giving potential customers a very good look at the newest lunatic in the AMG asylum - a 355-horsepower, 332-pound-foot crossover that uses the same 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine found in the CLA45 AMG and Europe's A45 AMG.
Joined with a seven-speed, AMG Speedshift dual-clutch transmission and an AMG Performance 4Matic all-wheel-drive system, Mercedes promises a sub-five-second run to 60 miles per hour. That's not just quick for a crossover, that's quick full stop.
That sleek, lifted body has also been tweaked by the minds at AMG's Affalterbach facility. A new rear spoiler, side sills and front clip are the primary aerodynamic tweaks. Aesthetically, AMG has fitted the requisite "Turbo" badges, gloss-black accents (including exhaust tips and roof rails) and a set of 21-inch, AMG-spec alloy wheels to round out the overall package. Based on the spy shots we've seen, expect slightly toned down aerodynamics when the GLA45 AMG arrives in showrooms.
