This E-class was resisted due to it did not sale due to cost of repairs to repair Hydraulic top rams that are leaking. So I had all of the hydraulic cylinders for the top rebuilt by cabriolet hydraulics in FL. Top goes up and down with no issue and does not leak any hydraulic fluid, nor this it leak water. I have gone over this car and it looks to be mechanically in really good shape, engine, brakes, trans, suspension and electronics are all in proper order with no issues. Have driven this car up to Daytona and back with not a hint of trouble.
This car only needs the the top and headliner and seat repaired, you can drive it anywhere.
You are bidding on a 1995 Mercedes E class E-320 Convertible. This car has 121,000 miles on it. I had purchased it from an auto dealer that didn't want to repair it anymore. This car runs and drives great, I have done a 180 mile round trip with it. A/c is ice cold, radio works all features work as they should. All windows properly go up and down. This car had new tires and a new battery just put on it, the interior is all there but the seats have crack from sun damage, dash, door panels and everything else looks good.
Seats need the attention. Also headliner is ripped in middle and is dirty. Convertible top works well, but has some wear spots on fabric, no cuts or holes. paint and body look good, trunk looks to have been repainted once before and has some clear coat spotting on it. The body looks nice on the car with no major dents, I did see a ding or 2, also front fender has a small dent, hard to see it. To sum it up this is a nice car, it runs and drives well, smooth and powerful with nice cold a/c. It does need some cosmetic work Like i listed above. But it would make a real nice car. These 124 convertibles are rare and expensive. I am including my phone number to anyone serious and has some questions about the vehicle.
I did do a recent car fax to show this was a 2 owner car, is registered from Illinois but car is in Florida, Hence the car fax showing it at Mercedes of Sarasota, FL 03/07 w/95000 miles
12\11 aamco trans, of Sarasota fl with 119,000 miles.

2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Coupe
Thu, 31 Jan 2013
Mercedes-Benz upgraded its SLS flagship Coupe and Roadster for the 2013 model year, and the changes are marked with them new "GT" nomenclature. Both SLS models arrive with a retuned naturally aspired 6.2-liter V8 delivering 583 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque (the horses are up from 563, but the torque remains the same) mated to a revised seven-speed AMG Speedshift dual-clutch gearbox. Rounding out the mechanical upgrades is a redeveloped AMG two-mode adaptive suspension. Physically, the revised models are differentiated by their new "GT" badging, darkened headlight/taillight buckets, red brake calipers, unique wheel colors and high gloss finish on the front grille, exterior mirrors and hood/fender fins. Inside the cabin are new red seatbelts, Alcantara upholstery and contrasting red stitching.
As it is nearly impossible to experience the aluminum gullwing beast on public roads, Mercedes invited out to Southern California's Willow Springs to wring out the 2013 SLS GT Coupe on a racing circuit.
Mercedes-AMG GT attacks Circuit of the Americas
Fri, 12 Sep 2014Mercedes-Benz is having a banner year with its Formula One team. Through 2014, the constructor has 454 championship points; ahead of its nearest competitor (Red Bull-Renault) by a margin of 182 tally marks. We're sure they can almost taste the champagne.
It's fitting then, and a little big cocky in a good way, that Mercedes has released a video of its newest sports car at an F1 venue. In this case, the car is the lovely Mercedes-AMG GT S, and the racetrack is Austin's Circuit of the Americas.
Having seen the official photo set and scratched the surface of the technical specifications earlier this week, we're excited to finally hear the thing run. As you might guess, the deployment of 503 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque from the twin-turbo V8 is a motivating experience. Crank up your volume, and hit that play button. (Oh, and Mercedes shot the thing in 4K, too, so those of you with expensive televisions/monitors should take heed to the settings.)
SRT Viper dukes it out with Mercedes SLS Black Series in new Head 2 Head
Fri, 05 Jul 2013In Episode 36 of Motor Trend's Head 2 Head, now that the Corvette ZR1 is no more, Jonny Lieberman has to look overseas to the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series for a challenger with similar philosophy to the SRT Viper: long hood hiding a high-horsepower engine set way back, rear-wheel drive, tiny trunks. That puts the Viper's 8.4-liter V10 with 640 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque against the SLS AMG's 6.2-liter V8 with 622 hp and 468 lb-ft.
However, the congruences in philosophy and magnitude of numbers doesn't translate to the driving experiences of the two, which are literally and figuratively on different continents. Lieberman gets a handle on the two of them on Northern California roads, Randy Probst then finds out how, and how quickly, they can lap Laguna Seca.
They both get kudos for being improvements on their original sources, but only one of them can take the win. You can find out by watching the video below.
