2000 Mercedes Benz E320 4matic--clean Carfax -- 3 Owners-- Nr on 2040-cars

This is my daily driver for more than two years now, I drive about 75 highway miles weekdays, so please expect the stated mileage to change accordingly.  I will stop driving it when bid is entered.

This is a 2000 MercedesBenz E320 4MATIC (i.e. AWD). I am the 3^rd owner. The previous owner was a lady friend , she bought it from the first owner off lease. I bought the car about 2 and half years ago. It had about 116,000 miles.

The car has a valid New Jersey inspection sticker good through 10/2015.  Here is a funny story: while inspecting, the inspector starts the car, hears a particular sound, turns to me and says “oh, you a have a phone installed”, I said no, he said yes absolutely, so I am not sure what to make of it!

 This E320 4MATIC has a clean carfax,  runs and drives straight and shifts smoothly and effortlessly. No check engine light and no warning lights lit on the dashboard. Computer states “No Malfunction”. It is equipped with: Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Seats, Leather Seats, glass Sunroof, Steering Wheel Controls, Cruise Control, ABS, Traction Control, and much more. 

The car has a Bose sound system, however I removed the cassette player and installed a Pioneer CD Player with AM/FM, MP3, Pandora, iphone, USB, and removable face, professionally installed by the geeks of Best Buy ( I still have the original cassette player, it will come with the car),

It has a solid battery and starts up instantly without any issues. The car drives straight, does not pull right or left.  No odd noises or sounds coming from the vehicle while driving.  The brakes are also in good working condition, no rubbing or squeeking noises. I changed the rear pads/rotors about 14 months ago, and changed the front pads/rotors about 10 months ago. I also changed the water pump about a year ago.

The interior is in good overall condition with exception of some wear on the steering wheel and center arm rest. The dashboard has two small cracks towards the windshield and another close to the passenger air bag.  All the leather seats are in very good condition, no tears or stains or rips.  The carpets are in good shape but stained (cappuccino) and would benefit from shampooing (I am Not going to detail the car! Not in this weather anyway).  This is a NON-Smoker vehicle, neither my lady friend nor the first owner nor myself smoke.  No pets either. 

The body is also in good condition.  No rust anywhere. The paint looks good and the clearcoat is good.  There are no faded areas of paint.  There are a couple of small (dime size) dings on the front of the hood area from parking lots I suppose. 

Some cosmetic minor issues: the covers of the mirrors in the visors are missing, the small plastic vent cover in the back has a broken piece, the headrest of the passenger side seat sometimes does not operate up/dpwn, the plastic sill at the drivers door is missing, the light and some pixels are off on the face of the heat control, the drivers window sometimes does not operate up/down.

The wheels are in good condition, and the tires are all matching Michelin tires that I installed 2 years ago and driven for some 50,000 miles, so they have about 30% or more tread life left on them.

The vehicle does come with Benz original floor mats (they would benefit from shampooing). 

I have both keys (remotes) and the Factory User Manual, CLEAN CARFAX (no accidents, no issues)

Local pick up preferred. Vehicle can be seen in Princeton, NJ area. Out-of-towners need to arrange for shipping.

$500 through Paypal expected within 48 hours of end-of-auction. The rest in cash or cashiers check within 7 days.
