Here is an extremely clean and classy 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Sedan with 135K miles offered via 10-day auction with NO RESERVE. This car has been my weekend summer driver and since I'm getting married next month, it has to go :( Finished in Midnight Blue, the exterior is perfect all around as it has been completely restored and repainted. You won't find one dent or scratch. The interior is in great condition as well and the car has always been stored indoors. It is powered by a 3.2L Inline 6-Cylinder engine with an automatic transmission and 217 horsepower.
These cars were priced over $40K new because of some incredible luxury features for a 1995 model: full leather interior, power/heated front seats, driver seat memory, automatic and economy climate control, cruise control, AC (blows cold), traction control, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes, power moonroof, power antenna, one-touch down power windows, power headrests, power mirrors, power locks with remote keyless entry, outside temperature display, analog clock, wood trim, fog lights, headlamp wipers, and an aftermarket Pioneer CD deck with auxiliary input and remote control. Everything functions as it should.
This car drives extremely well - great suspension and handling. It is a very smooth ride with plenty of power when needed and gets around 27 mpg on the highway. It drives more like it has 20K miles, not 100K+. It comes with all books/manuals, two sets of keys, factory floor mats, med kit, "E320" badge and full spare tire. Fully serviced at German Auto of Grand Rapids, MI with all receipts available. You won't find another E320 with a body in this pristine condition. A great driver that's becoming a collector car and will continue to perform for many miles.

2015 Mercedes C-Class order guide leaked
Wed, 23 Apr 2014We may not have an official starting price for the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, but as of right now, we can tell you about all the options for the eagerly anticipated new luxury sedan.
Benz Report has the entire order guide for the C-Class, with breakdowns from package pricing to how many different colors, wheel designs and lighting configurations will be available when the new model hits dealers later this year. As we mentioned in our initial review of the C-Class, there will be a pair of engine options, with the now familiar 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder available in both rear- and all-wheel-drive configurations and a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6, which can be had in all-wheel drive, only.
From there, though, the available options are impressive. Much like it does on the current car, Mercedes is offering a pair of packages that sort of define the entire car. With the C300, buyers will have the choice of either a Sport or Luxury package in addition to the base trim, while C400 buyers are limited to the Sport model.
Mercedes rules out hybrid supercar, promises SLS successor
Sat, 16 Mar 2013The recent Geneva Motor Show was a festival of hypercars, with the presence of not one, but three over-the-top debuts: the Lamborghini Veneno, McLaren P1 and Ferrari LeFerrari. The latter two have hitched their carbon fiber bumpers to the electrification bandwagon by using hybrid-electric powertrains not entirely unlike the propulsion systems we've come to know in cars like the Toyota Prius and Chevrolet Volt. Does that mean the flow of electrons up the four-wheeled food chain will eventually consume our hallowed supercars? Not if AMG has anything to say about it.
AMG Director of Vehicle Development Tobias Moers recently confirmed that not only will there be a successor to the Mercedes-Benz performance division's SLS AMG, he notes that its internal combustion engine will most definitely not be sharing living quarters with an electric drivetrain. Instead, AMG plans to focus on further pushing the power and efficiency envelope of the internal combustion engine and advancing the use of lightweight materials to achieve their goals. The first example of this effort can be seen in the new SLS AMG Black Series that incorporates many weight-saving techniques to shed some 154 pounds from the SLS AMG GT (above), which itself is lighter than the standard SLS AMG.
Furthermore, Moers remarks that his company is happy to leave the hypercar segment to companies like Ferrari and McLaren. He admits that, "Ferrari in the hyper-car segment is still a different brand than AMG. We have to be honest..." So rather than taking the SLS further upmarket to do battle with bulls and stallions, Moers hinted that the next-generation SLS may be joined by another performance model that fits neatly between itself and the C63 AMG.
Mercedes goes boating again with G63 AMG-inspired Cigarette
Wed, 06 Feb 2013Cigarette Racing has another Mercedes-Benz AMG-themed boat headed out to sea. After The SLS AMG-inspired 46-foot Rough Rider in 2010 and the C63 AMG Black Series-inspired 50-foot Marauder in 2012, this year's Miami Boat Show will introduce the 42-foot Huntress, theme provided by the G63 AMG.
The latest Cigarette homage is less overly racy than the ones before, befitting a watercraft modeled off a performance SUV, but don't let the looks fool: there are five Mercury Racing Verado 350SCi outboard engines, each one of them packing a supercharged inline six-cylinder with, natch, 350 horsepower. Those 1,750 horses will be good for 78 miles per hour when you've got some saltwater underneath you.
If you're in South Florida this week, Booth B-23 at the Miami Convention Center could be your best place to see it. Otherwise, like the 536-hp G63 AMG, it could be hard to catch. There's a press release with more information below.
