A very rare 1994 rx7 fd with a 3 rotor 20b cosmo swap. The motor is a late model d code series block which are very hard to find and are becoming more scarce every day. Engine and drivetrain--20b 3 rotor cosmo,full custom,titanium exhaust 4 inch from turbo back,t74 ball bearing comp turbo,aem injection system,e85 2200 cc injectors,high speed fuel pump system,haltech p 2000 platinum stand alone computer,dual oil coolers,front mount intercooling system,4 piston disc brakes,custome tubular subframe lighter and stronger than stock , full sway bar and brace kits,and all parts are powder coated and anodized black,ceramic coated manifolds and turbo,aem blow off valve and waste gate,3 puck os giken race clutch ....650 hp and 550 torque to the ground.... this car is a super car killer and built right and reliable.... motor has no more than 1500 miles on it ...the car makes a beautiful symphony of turbo spools and blow off valve hisses. this car definitely hold you to the seat and super fun to drive. Mazda6 Coupe coming along with more Mazdaspeed models?
Thu, 30 Oct 2014The predecessor to the Mazda6, the Mazda 626, was sold in a multitude of body styles across the globe. It could, of course, be had as a sedan, but a two-door coupe, known stateside as the MX-6, was also available on the same platform. Now, a new report from Motor Trend claims that a two-door version of the modern Mazda6 could be on the way.
This would be remarkable for a number of reasons, as automakers have been abandoning this type of non-luxury coupe for decades. A class that counted entries from Toyota, Nissan, Chevrolet, Dodge and Chrysler is now occupied solely by Honda with its Accord Coupe.
Ignoring that, though, MT claims we'll see a two-door Mazda6 in the second half of 2016. When that new variant arrives, it will be with an even more dramatic version of the sedan's Kodo design language. Mazda could rely even more heavily on styling inspiration of the Shinari Concept, which already informs the design of the current 6 sedan, when the two-door model arrives.
2013 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year finalists announced [w/poll]
Wed, 12 Dec 20122012 is almost in the books and automakers are spending December gearing up for the 2013 auto show season, which tips off next month at the Detroit Auto Show. Traditionally, the latter opens up with the announcement of the North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year awards, and this year figures to be no different.
But up until this moment, we didn't know which six vehicles would be parked ahead of the stage as finalists, with executives and engineers waiting for the winners to be disclosed. Whittled down from October's "short list" of nominees (11 cars and 10 truck/utility vehicles), the finalists are as follows:

NFL player Alfred Morris receives his thoroughly restored 1991 Mazda 626
Tue, 15 Oct 2013Washington Redskins starting running back Alfred Morris might not drive a flashy sports car or SUV, but after today, he'll be driving the nicest 1991 Mazda 626 on the planet.
Back in July, Morris temporarily traded in his 626 - cheekily named Bentley - for a 2014 Mazda6 loaner courtesy of Mazda, and today the sedan was presented back to him after the ultimate PR stunt: a reported 275-man-hour restoration that left this 22-year-old daily driver looking like it just rolled off the assembly line.
Not everything was brought back to original condition, though. The expired sticker from Morris' final year at Florida Atlantic University was left on the windshield, but to fit the car's nickname, a few high-end touches were added to the interior. This includes the quilted, cross-stitched leather seats (just like a real Bentley) and the touchscreen Pioneer audio system. There's also a plaque under the hood marking this car as the "Alfred Morris Project."
