Here is my wife’s Mazda CX7 for sale. She wants a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for her mid life crisis, I don’t know why she just doesn’t get a Corvette or Harley like everybody else but the car needs to go. We have had this vehicle for over two years now and put about 18,000 miles on it. The only thing I have done to it was put a right side motor mount on it, the fluid leaked out of it so I put a new one on it, its really a good car. I don’t have the key fob for the car, I have the regular key is all so you have to set the locks manually.
This car is the Touring model, so it has leather, heated seats, traction control, Bose radio, power sunroof and other stuff I am forgetting, its pearl white and the color is really nice looking. here is the best link I can find for all the options on this model,

I am certain this car has never been in a accident, its a non smoker, no sign of pets in the car, kids nor aliens, spirits maybe, but they have never left a mess in the car so far. No squeaks, rattles, wind noise, water leaks, never missed a beat, everything works that I know of, I never tested the air bag etc.... I had the car Maryland Inspected, here they do an inspection every time a vehicle is titled, not yearly so the inspection is quite thorough and there were no issues. I would say the tires have about 15,000 miles of tread left. And you do get some road noise from these tires, this car is known for that so a decent touring tire will quiet things down some.
Please email with any questions and you can come view the car at anytime. I have a clear title, and it takes cash to buy the car. If you want to give me a Cashiers, Certified or Personal Check that is fine but nothing leaves here until the check clears and no your girlfriend is not acceptable as collateral, but you can send a pick anyway. If you want the car shipped to you I will work with your shipper to pick the car up here. You can make all the arrangements. This is an AS-IS Sale. If you buy it will be detailed and ready to go. If you buy it now or I accept your bid (don’t bother with low-balling), $500.00 deposit in 48 hours and seven days for payment in full.

NHTSA releases updated Takata airbag recalled cars list, but it still has errors
Wed, 22 Oct 2014
Unfortunately, the government's list still contains errors.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued an updated list of vehicle models that it's urging owners to repair under the mushrooming Takata airbag inflator recall. The latest version adds vehicles from new automakers like Subaru and Ford that are missing from the original announcement, and it also removes erroneous entries from General Motors, leaving only the 2005 Saab 9-2X (a reskinned Subaru WRX), and the 2003-2005 Pontiac Vibe, a joint project with Toyota.
Mazda hard at work on Skyactiv 2 engine technology
Wed, 08 Jan 2014As Mazda continues the current rollout of its still-new Skyactiv technology, the automaker is already looking at improving its family of engines for even better fuel economy and emissions reductions. Automotive News reports that with stricter fuel economy and emissions regulations planned for 2020 and 2025 in Europe, Mazda will likely release engines with next-generation Skyactiv 2 technology by the end of this decade, and Skyactiv 3 units just five years later.
The latter is expected to focus on improved engine cooling and lessening energy losses, but the big news in AN's report is that the next-gen Skyactiv 2 engines will use Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition, or HCCI. This type of ignition is very similar to how a diesel engine operates (with high compression and using the compression stroke for fuel combustion rather than spark plugs), a method said to provide a cleaner and more efficient fuel burn - to the tune of a 30-percent improvement in fuel economy compared to current Skyactiv engines. Other automakers, including Hyundai, have already announced they are developing HCCI powerplants with similar technology and characteristics, so Mazda likely won't be a lone wolf here.
Equipped with HCCI technology, Mazda figures to be able to compete with larger automakers in terms of fuel economy and emissions without resorting to hybrid powertrains, continuously variable transmissions or automatics relying on more forward gears (eight or more) for optimal efficiency. Some of the challenges of HCCI, according to AN, include the need for better engine cooling, risk of misfire at high and low rpm and uneven engine performance based on fuel properties.
Dealers think Mazda's new Mexico plant will increase Mazda3 sales by 20%
Mon, 27 Jan 2014Mazda3 sales in the US were down about 15 percent last year to a total of 104,713 units. According to a report from Automotive News, though, the slowdown in sales has been due more to production constraints than demand.
Good news for Mazda dealers, then, that a new plant in Salamanca, Mexico has just come online. Tom Carey, chairman of Mazda's national dealer council, told AN, "We're going to be in good shape because of that Mexico inventory." If estimates prove accurate, sales of the Mazda3 will increase by about 20 percent when the new plant begins production this month.
If those lofty projections come to pass, Mazda will reportedly be on track to exceed 300,000 total sales in the US in 2014, which would represent the brand's highest figures since its 375,000-unit peak in 1994. The brand hopes to sell more than 400,000 vehicles in the US by 2016, and with well-received products like the latest 3 and Mazda6 sedan, such expectations seem quite possible.
