Our goal is simple. We aim to be honest and fair with all of our deals. Word of mouth and return business is something we take very serious! We achieve this by providing you with all of the information YOU need to make a comfortable decision, and hopefully proceeding to your investment, a vehicle! We strive for A+ satisfaction. We do not want to waste anyoneís time, and definitely donít want to mislead you. This is why we inform you of EVERYTHING we know, and provide you with detailed descriptions and conditions of the item for sale. Business is expanding, explaining the new eBay account.

The best and only 2005 Toyota MR2 SPYDER on eBay! With a very low reserve (for real), problem free, CLEAR TITLE, a fresh professional paint job, CLEAN CARFAX and a licensed dealer with 100% positive feedback, this will be the easiest decision you have made in a long time!

What an experience! This car drives as good as it looks. The MR2 SPYDER was built to drive and handle the road anytime anywhere. The coupe convertible delivers! When you drive this, it will not cease to amaze you and it WILL exceed your expectations, starting withÖ this can get 33 mpg!

In the pictures below, the asking price is $8788, this is our retail price, not our eBay reserve. Our reserve is thousands below suggested retail on kbb.com, and still way lower than our $8788 retail price. Ready to save?

The INTERIOR: I didnít expect much room judging by the outside. Me being 6í tall on a large frame, I had my doubts about fitting comfortably. With ease I was in and out of the car with normal effort, after all this is a sports car and not a luxury sedan. There was plenty of leg room and I was actually comfortable even being bundled up in layers of winter clothing. There is some dust in the interior from the paint preparation work, this will be cleaned before delivery! This MR2 is far from average, there are no words to explain how it makes you feel when you are behind the wheel. The upholstery is all in great shape. The seats have all the proper supports to keep you in place when maneuvering. The original floor mats are still in great shape! This car shows like it has 50k miles on it. The aftermarket radio is a very nice upgrade. With a USB port and an IPod/IPhone hook up it is easy to connect your device to the SPYDERíS beautiful surround sound. The touch screen display really brings this car up to date; itís even fully operable with the display closed. The heat works great and the A/C was cold. All of the electronic options work as it should! This car not only shows well, but it was maintained very well through its years.

The EXTERIOR: As you would expect the outside is just as beautiful. The MR2 is known to have clear coat issues that only happen from time. This makes the car look 20 years older; this problem has already been taken care of by a professional. The color has not been changed and there was no body work done. In fact under the antenna on the rear is the only flaw, there is a small ding that is not noticeable. There wasnít any rust anywhere either. The matching tires are all in great shape and the wheels look great! There are no chips, scratches or blemishes on this car. The projector headlights are a very nice feature. These headlights are bright and it focuses the light on the road making it safer for oncoming traffic. The top is in great shape with no leaks or holes; the stitching is not failing either, no dry rot indications. The top works great, easy up and down. I think this car was garaged most of its life. This is a great, problem free coupe convertible!

The MOTOR/HANDLING: The MR2 starts right up and purrs patiently, eager to go. The clutch feels nice and tight with no play, as if itís been recently replaced. The gears are very close together and smooth. The acceleration is very sensitive and responsive. Engaging the clutch and transitioning through the gears felt clean and tight, like a SPYDER should. You can make it a very smooth ride when you want. It seems like you spend a lot less time shifting between gears. The disc brakes are very effective at stopping the car. No one thinks about slowing down fast, but Toyota thought of everything on this car. The independent suspension is very quiet and absorbent. The mid-ship engine definitely makes a difference. The low center of gravity takes effect when cornering and there feels like there is no give, no play. The SPYDER feels light and agile, not heavy and sloppy. The steering is also very tight and sensitive, itís not stiff in anyway, just smooth. This machine feels well balanced, precise, raw, simple but powerful! There is no mistaking this car for any other and what better color than Ďabsolute redí?

This experience can be yours every day. If you feel like you deserve a rewardÖ this car is the perfect way to treat yourself. Start the year off right and do what you always wanted to. This is the deal you have been looking for. This car was over $25,000 new. Suggested retail on KBB.com is currently almost $10,000. Our reserve is thousands lower than that (over $3k lower). Seriously you can save thousands on this deal and have a brand new paint job! Donít buy from the middle man, go directly to the source, US!

Maserati Levante SUV may be built in Italy after all

Thu, 05 Sep 2013 10:01:00 EST

In July Fiat halted its investments in Italy, putting on hold plans for the Maserati Levante SUV to be built at the automaker's flagship factory in Turin. But Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne, whose company owns Maserati, met with unions on Wednesday, and he may announce plans to move forward with production of the SUV at the Mirafiori factory if the CEO and the unions reach an agreement, Bloomberg reports.
Marchionne is reportedly about ready to build new cars at Fiat's largest and oldest factory, on the grounds that 5,300 workers accept extended temporary layoffs through most of next year in a slowing European auto market. If unions don't accept the deal, it's not clear whether Fiat would still consider building the Levante at Mirafiori or not.
The Levante, Maserati's first SUV, is based on the Jeep Grand Cherokee platform, and we reported two years ago that it would be built in Detroit next to its Jeep cousin. Obviously those plans have been altered considerably in the intervening period of time.

Share price falls on skepticism of Chrysler-Fiat five-year plan

Thu, 08 May 2014 17:43:00 EST

Following this week's Fiat Chrysler extravaganza, where the Italian-American manufacturer announced its plans for the next five years, the Autoblog staff was cautiously optimistic of the company's future. Investors? Not so much.
Fiat saw its shares tumble 12 percent in Wednesday's trading, falling from 8.67 euros ($12.06 at today's rates) to 7.44 euros ($10.35) as of this writing, with blame partly going to the Italian half of the FCA marriage, which recorded a pretty significant drop in profits during the first quarter of this year.
The plan, which will cost around $77 billion over the next several years, is facing criticism from investors thanks in part to a 1.4-percent drop in Fiat's first-quarter profits, to 622 million euros ($862 million). That figure is also short of Bloomberg analysts' projections, which predicted $1.18 billion in profits before taxes, interest and one-time items.

Singapore car salesman jailed for gambling away $280k Maserati deposit

Thu, 10 Jul 2014 09:29:00 EST

Kenny Rogers' country classic The Gambler is right about two things: you gotta know when to hold'em and know when to fold'em. A former Maserati salesman in Singapore is learning that lesson about when to step away from the table, after being sentenced to 33 months in prison for allegedly gambling away a customer's deposit of 350,000 Singapore dollars ($280,800).
According to Asia One, Allan Tan Buan Yuen was selling a Maserati in 2011. He told the customer that the car would take six months to arrive and cost 650,000 Singapore dollars ($522,000). While that may sound high, cars in the Asian country are notoriously expensive.
Yuen asked for a deposit of 150,000 Singapore dollars ($120,400), but instead of handing the money to the dealer, he placed the funds in his own account. Apparently, the customer didn't notice, and over the next few months Yuen received an additional 200,000 Singapore dollars ($160,400) towards the car from him. Clearly, this ruse couldn't last forever, though. When the buyer eventually inquired about his Maserati months later, Yuen admitted that he had already gambled away the entire fortune.
