Custom One Of A Kind White And Black Accented Interior And Exterior Beauty! on 2040-cars
Yuma, Arizona, United States
This is a one of a kind 2009 Maserati Gran Turismo! I know for a fact it's a one of a kind because, I designed the custom paint job myself. Beautiful black and white accents on the exterior and interior; including emblems, front grill, inside the grill to give it a 3D look, front bumper, rear bumper, exhaust tips, blacked out rear lights, smoked front lights, trunk lid, wheels, brake calipers, side mirrors, blacked out window linings, tinted side and rear windows, lightly tinted windshield. Total paint job $7,200! ADDITIONALLY; satellite radio, Larini X-Pipe ($950) installed less than 1000 miles ago, to give it a more throaty but not obnoxious sound! 4 year service just performed, high performance reusable air filter installed. This Maserati even turns other Maserati owners heads! I'm constantly being asked if it's a 2014 model. The only reason I'm selling this beauty is because I'm replacing it with a Customized Bentley! This is a beautifully maintained and customized Maserati that looks like no other on the road! Only 45,000 miles and super clean! Please feel free to call me, Danny, at 9498871327 with any questions |

Little Red Racing Car Kickstarter project a father/son affair [w/video]
Thu, 14 Feb 2013Tales of fathers and sons, whether told for adults or for children, never go out of style. It's appropriate then that The Little Red Racing Car, a story about a father and son finding and restoring a 1955 Maserati 300S, is such a stylish piece of work.
Author Dwight Knowlton first started working on The Little Red Racing Car when, after his son was born, he "went looking for the perfect Father/Son/Car book" and couldn't find one. Knowlton's artwork in has been influenced heavily by vintage automotive advertising and Grand Prix posters, and has a very clean, art deco vibe as a result.
Of course, TLRRC is still just a work in progress. Knowlton is hoping the Kickstarter community will help to get the ball rolling, and raise $25,000 to the book printed and distributed. The author even has a stretch goal to have the whole shebang made into and animated film - we love big dreams. Follow on below to hear Knowlton's pitch in his own words, or jump over to his Kickstarter page to look further or buy-in.
Maserati Levante crossover not Jeep based after all?
Thu, 20 Feb 2014Maserati has been teasing its crossover project since 2011, which is when it first showed off the Kubang concept (pictured above). Still, the production version, rumored to be called the Levante, remains a complete mystery. The CUV was first rumored to borrow the platform from the Jeep Grand Cherokee, but new rumors indicate that the Italian, luxury crossover might actually take the underpinnings from the Quattroporte and Ghibli.
In a brief interview, Maserati CEO Harald Wester told CNN Money that the Levante wouldn't use Jeep's platform. Motor Trend spoke with an unnamed Maserati engineer who confirmed the rumor. Officially, the company says that no decision has been made.
We can add this to another long list of rumors about the Italian CUV. It was originally supposed to be built at Chrysler's Jefferson North assembly plant in Detroit. Then, plans were changed to build it in Italy.
Maserati Alfieri Concept lands on US shores ahead of 2016 production model
Sun, 17 Aug 2014America, meet the next sports car from Maserati. This is the Alfieri Concept, and it made the trip from Europe to make its US debut during the 2014 Monterey Car Week.
The two-door originally made its debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, and has since made an ear-pleasing visit to the UK before it arrived at today's Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
For those that need a refresher, the Alfieri is a 2+2 that will, when it arrives in 2016, be available with a 410-, 450- or 520-horsepower V6, with the latter two power levels coming with an all-wheel-drive system. The Alfieri Coupe will be joined by a convertible in 2017.
