I am listing this for my sister. She recently moved from Arizona to Florida and needs to sell her 1979 MG Midget. She has owned the car since 1994. The car has been stored for the last 10 years. It is a very nice 40,581 original mile car. 

The car has had one repaint back in the mid 90's. The paint is still nice. There are a few minor chips and scratches. The convertible top is original and in good condition. It has minor wear in a few places. It would need to be replaced to be perfect. Both the original top boot cover and original tonneau cover are included and are in excellent condition.

The interior is original except the carpet, radio, rear speakers, and floor mats. The seats, dash, and door panels are in very good condition.

Has new battery, starter and alternator. The exhaust has a leak. Most likely from the exhaust manifold (Not uncommon on these cars). Engine has a very slight oil leak (Hey, it is a British car. Not uncommon). Rear leaf spring shackle bushings need replaced. Tires have little wear. One tire leaks down slowly. I would suggest replacing them due to age. Antenna mast slightly bent.
