1974 Mgb Convertible, Manual W Overdrive, Light Project Car, No Reserve! Mg on 2040-cars

Offered for your consideration is a light project MGB. The car was last used in 2006, when it was parked because of fuel leakage at carburetor. Fast forward 7 years, the car will now need more work, namely brake and clutch hydraulics, fuel system clean-up, possible carburetor rebuild.

Strong points of this car:

- Beautiful rust free body,

-award winning  chrome and trim, everything will clean up to perfection,

-very nice interior,

-good tires,

-new exhaust, new tonneau cover,

-long ownership history, PO has had the car for 20 years, and took great care of it.

The not so good:

-Brakes and clutch hydraulics need work,

-Seam coming apart on drivers seat bottom cushion,

-Windshield has a crack,

-Car hasn't been started in several years,

-Light surface rust inside engine compartment on some of the components, like heater box, pipes, but not the body. Paint has it's imperfections.

Overall this is a very nice original car, that needs a new owner and TLC.
