1973 Mg Mgb Base 1.8l on 2040-cars

I acquired this MG in a deal with a couple of other cars.  The owner was driving it up until 2012, when he became ill.  It was parked in his driveway for the remainder of the time.  The car is missing both carburators and the alternator.  They were stolen off the car while parked in the driveway.  The engine turns over freely, and it appears that it would run if it had carburators.  The car has 4 new tires and a new convertible top that he had just replaced before he became ill.  Not sure of the mileage.  On the title it says "not actual".
