You are looking at one of Southern California's nicest family owned Range Rovers showing in tan leather interior with black piping. This is the wife's SUV and as you would imagine, has never been driven off road, a non smoking vehicle and is always garaged. There are two DVD screens in the rear passenger headrests for the passengers to enjoy with headsets and a remote. The system is better than the factory system as each passenger can enjoy separate movies side by side. It has a clean CARFAX and has never been in an accident. Currently it has just over 53K miles and we have all the service records since we purchased it pre-owed from Santa Monica Land Rover with 28K miles in 2008. The car has been serviced through the dealer and at an independent Land Rover service center with all the scheduled service being completed and receipts to show for it (a Land Rover MUST for any would be buyer). The exterior paint is in excellent condition with no fading or visible scratches. The interior is nearly perfect with the leather showing in great condition except from some minor fading on the driver door interior handle which can be easily re-dyed. Everything in this SUV works great. This has always been a California Rover so there are NO rust or weather issues at all. The registration has been paid in California until mid 2014 and this vehicle, as the British like to say, "Is sorted!" We have decided to sell our Rover since our kids are getting older and we no longer need such a large vehicle for daily use. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Jaguar Land Rover details JustDrive connectivity suite

JustDrive will allegedly deliver on the long-promised idea of natural communication between driver and car.
Jaguar Land Rover's all-new InControl system is set to get a big bump as the British company will add a new service called JustDrive, which expands on the smartphone-focused infotainment system by adding a singular voice controller for a wide array of the system's currently available apps.

Thu, 29 Nov 2012Jaguar and Land Rover are set to merge their sales facilities, according to Inside Line. Jaguar Land Rover North America President Andy Gross says 45 percent of Jaguar owners also have an SUV in their stable, so it makes sense to give customers as much exposure to the cat's high-riding cousins and possible. The number of overall outlets will remain the same, and the brands will reportedly remain separate on the showroom floor, however.
So far, just one dealer has made the move to combine under the roof of one 68,000 square-foot facility in Paramus, New Jersey (above), though a further 20 are ready to make the shift and become Jaguar Land Rover outlets. Gross believes the shift is necessary so that his company's dealer network will accurately reflect the company's products. We'll see how cozy the brands are when Jaguar starts rolling out its own SUVs in a few years.
Jaguar Land Rover opens first overseas factory in China
Wed, 22 Oct 2014Anyone who's a car fan knows that Jaguar and Land Rover cars and trucks all come from the UK. And while we don't doubt that will remain true for the most part, it won't be an absolute truth for long, as the British automaker has just opened its first factory overseas.
Its new plant in Changshu, China, is the result of a $1.8-billion joint venture between JLR and local automaker Chery. It covers some 4.3-million square feet and will, once at peak capacity, produce 130,000 units specifically for the Chinese market, where JLR sells over 100,000 vehicles each year to make it the company's single largest market worldwide.
Production at what's officially known as the Chery Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Company will start with the Evoque, of which one in five globally are currently sold in China. Production will eventually encompass three models. We already know that the Discovery Sport will be next, but the third model line has yet to be announced. JLR has confirmed, however, that the Changshu plant will produce unique models and derivatives specifically for the Chinese market, so we wouldn't be surprised to see a long-wheelbase version of the forthcoming XE or next-generation XF assembled there to satisfy local tastes.
