As you May or may not know, the 2006 jeep wrangler is the last year for the TJ body style, It also could be ordered with the 65th anniversary edition, which gave you the wrangler X options, the 6speed manual trans, Dana 44 gears, upgraded stereo with 7 speakers and 6 disc CD changer. An upgraded transfercase, and the standard 4.0 lit 6 cyl engine. This was also a limited production run.
This is a 2006 Jeep wrangler X with the 65th anniversary edition with only 77107 miles on it.
The engine is orginal and stock, No modifications have been made, The trans is the 6 speed manual transmission, which shifts smooth, no clutch noise at all. The drive train is very tight, no noise of any kind, Wheel bearings are also tight. The vehicle steers perfict with no worn parts.
The body is very nice, no bubbling or rust. Very straight with nice paint. They usually rust in the back under the rear door, check out the pics. Its very clean. The rear door opens and shuts like new. The canvas top is very nice, no leaks or rips.
The rims and tires are the only modifications made to the jeep, They are BF Goodrich 325 60/15s with aftermarket 15in wide rims. Honestly, They make the ride rough, but look great. They do not hit or scrub. The jeep comes with the orginal polished aluminum rims that came new on it. All five of them. If you don't like the ride, just get new tires for the orginal rims.
The interior is very nice, with the 65 anniversary seats, 6 disc premium sound stereo, cold A/C, cruise control, and counsel. All roll bar padding is there, Top works fine, Doors are removable.
This jeep runs and drives very well, with very good brakes, Exhaust is quite and stock, There is no service engine lite on, The vehicle is ready for NYS inspection.
I am a registered New York Dealer, as so I will have to collect NYS taxes if sold to a NYS resident, All others will get the proper paperwork made out to them as so to title and register the vehicle. Taxes will be your responsabilty in your state.
You can Drive this vehicle anywhere with confidence, or have it shipped.

Jeep Twitter account hacked, bad language, poor grammar and some hilarity ensue
Tue, 19 Feb 2013Just a day after Burger King's Twitter account was compromised by "unauthorized users," Jeep's social media feed has been similarly hacked. Both instances of digital incursion share some similarities - the BK hackers changed the company's logo for McDonald's familiar golden arches, saying a sale had occurred, while the Jeep miscreants have replaced Jeep's branding with that of General Motors property Cadillac.
The resulting tweets from the damaged Jeep account have been a pretty brutal, to put it bluntly. Most of the content coming from the hacked account is unpublishable here, using language that is peppered with racial epithets, and poorly worded "shout outs."
In addition to the defamatory tweets themselves, the hackers have significantly altered the layout of the page. Jeep's header image now features a picture of the Cadillac ATS to go along with the Wreath and Crest, some language calling out that car as winning the 2013 North American Car of the Year award, and this gem: "The official Twitter handle for the Jeep(R) - Just Empty Every Pocket, Sold To Cadillac =[" Also, perhaps in an ode to yesterday's Burger King heist, the background image for the page now features a McDonald's-themed donk. The devil's in the details, we guess.
Jeep team takes a field trip to Wagonmaster; researching next Grand Wagoneer?
Fri, 01 Feb 2013
They have the very best intentions of rolling out a seven-passenger vehicle.
Wagonmaster has made a name for itself restoring and selling factory-perfect Jeep Grand Wagoneer models, bridging the gap between when the last production machine rolled off the line in 1991 and present day. The company's efforts haven't gone unnoticed. The entire Jeep product planning team took a little field trip to the company's facility in Kerrville, Texas back in December, and they weren't just there to take in the sights. According to owner Leon Miller's son, Chip Miller, the Jeep team was there to do research for the successor to the Grand Wagoneer throne.
WWII Jeep 'found in crate' set to cross Greenwich auction block
Thu, 30 May 2013Fans of old military vehicles might want to pay extra close attention to the Greenwich Concours d'Elegance coming up this weekend. Crossing the Bonhams auction block on Sunday are a pair of seemingly flawless World War II Jeeps, which are both expected to fetch serious dollars.
Lot Number 305 at the auction is a 1945 Ford GPW Jeep that has been fully restored, which is expected to command between $35,000 and $45,000. Shortly after the Ford GPW, a potentially more interesting 1944 Willys MB (shown above) will be auctioned off, but Hemmings raises some red flags about this Jeep. First, it is claiming to have been "discovered in its original crate about 30 years ago," but there is no proof or documentation of any sort. Also, it is claiming to be all original, but it was given a paint job "shortly after it was discovered." Even with these questionable descriptions, this Willys could reach between $20,000 and $30,000. Head over to Bonhams' site and Hemmings for more information on both WW2-era Jeeps.
