First off let me say this is my daily driver, I am in no rush to get rid of it. Up for auction is my personal 95 Jeep Wrangler Rio Grande edition. The jeep only has 138,XXX on it runs like new and for its age it looks in very good condition. Id give it 8/10 interior and a 8/10 exterior. Its a 4 cylinder 5 speed. I have a stack of receipts for the work done to it. I believe I am the 3rd owner. I bought it off my neighbor who inherited it from a relative that was a doctor. Jeep was babied its entire life. Seats are mint, jump seat is there. Carpets are in mint shape. Soft top is new, I has have the hard top. Comes with the hard doors. Has step bars on it. I have the original owners manuals. The tires are new. minimal rust on the frame. Check the pics. Only flaws with the truck are the center console isn't there, I bought it like that. The emergency brake light stays on, but brake works and when the left blinker is engaged it has to be manually turned back off. Steering wheel probably has the most wear on the entire truck. On a very rare occasion when shifted into 3rd it gives a slight click about 1 in 100 times. Its been like this and I never had a problem Its just something I wanted to mention to the potential buyers. I want to be honest as I can. All and all the truck is mint for its age. I would be amazed to find another one at this age this nice! Email me with any questions thanks!

*About the 5 star rating system*

  • Our goal is to earn a 100% perfect FIVE STAR rating from you. The DSR (star rating system) and the reality is that any rating lower than 5 on the eBay feedback star's can have a significant negative impact on Starr Cycles and Parts as a seller or any other seller on eBay that you are rating. Because eBay has structured the system to reward sellers with over a 4.6 average in each 30 day segment, and to penalize sellers with under a 4.6 average.

Yet from the wording of the allowed ratings that ebay has put into place, a buyer would never know this and most would naturally assume that a 4 star rating is a very good rating. Did you know that if a seller has a 4.6 or lower rating, eBay will penalize that seller by charging them higher fees, and disadvantaging that seller’s items in the ebay search?
What does this mean to you as a buyer? Unfortunately, what this can mean is higher prices. The more fees eBay sellers pay, the more they must charge for their items. When a seller’s items are disadvantaged in search, sales slow and prices increase. So please BEFORE you post permanent feedback if you feel as if Starr Cycles and Parts did NOT earn an all 5 star rating from you please let us know and give us the chance to make whatever you are unhappy with right.

  • A Note about the Shipping and Handling Star

Shipping and handling charges are stated in all of 112MotorSportsCT. Since you as a buyer are aware of the shipping and handling charges before purchasing the item, the most important points to consider when leaving a star rating for shipping charges are NOT those charges as you have already agreed to them, but the following:

  • Shipping Time

The most important consideration for the Shipping Time star is when the item was actually shipped, not when the item was delivered.  112MotorSportsCT has no control over how many days the package takes to deliver to your home/place of business. This is particularly true for International orders, which are often delayed by customs or postal inspectors. You can easily assess when the package was shipped by the postmark or other similar date marking, and rate 112motorsportsCT based on this date, not the overall delivery date. If you require your item be expedited, please contact us before sending payment

  • Handling Time

Please check the handling time, meaning please leave that amount of time for item and the tracking number.

  • Communication

112MotorSportsCT is dedicated to making sure that you know that your item has shipped. We send an email to let you know your item is on its way to your door. In that email, you will find the carrier name and the delivery/tracking confirmation number with the USPS or UPS link.

  • Item as Described
112MotorSportsCT  DOES NOT mask an item or try to mislead or cover something up in an ad. If you have an issue with your item please contact us before posting the feedback along with the 5 star rating for this as well. We are human and could of accidentally missed something on that item. We are NOT in business to lose your business but in business to "KEEP" your business. Please let us know if something isn't right about your item or it doesn't match the description in the ad.

Please BEFORE you post permanent feedback if you feel as if 112MotorSportsCT did NOT earn an all 5 star rating along with positive feedback, please let us know and give us the chance to make whatever you are unhappy with, right.

Chrysler's Woodward Dream Cruise festivities include Ram concept truck debut

Tue, 13 Aug 2013

The streets will be crowded next weekend along Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak, Michigan for the 19th Annual Woodward Dream Cruise. As part of the run-up to the festivities, Chrysler has announced that all of its brands - Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, SRT and Mopar - will bring along their latest vehicles. Also included will be a collection of classic American cars and various activities for attendees at the official Chrysler location on the corner of Woodward and 13 Mile Road.
Special to this year, Ram brand director Bob Hegbloom and head of design John Dehner will unveil a Ram concept truck on Saturday. Chrysler will also bring Ryan Friedlinghaus of West Coast Customs fame along to show off a few custom Chrysler-made vehicles of his own. Fans of the brand on Facebook will get the chance to virtually customize a vehicle from the automaker's portfolio, with the winner getting their dream car built for them by Chrysler. Pretty cool stuff, no?
As in past years, Ford and General Motors will have an official presence at the event as well, and you can expect to see plenty of cars of all makes and models from all parts of the globe. The madness starts this Friday, August 16, from 4:30 PM to 10 PM, with the main event taking place on Saturday, from 9 AM to 9 PM. For more details on the show, including events and their times, check out the press release below.

Jeep going bigger with new Grand Wagoneer, smaller with sub-Renegade?

Tue, 11 Mar 2014

The headlines are still rolling in for the new Renegade that Jeep unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show last week, but already reports are surfacing, citing sources within the company, about what Chrysler's iconic off-road brand will do next.
Speaking with Auto Express (whose reports we tend to take with a grain of salt or two), Jeep chief Mike Manley suggested that two courses of action are currently under consideration at Auburn Hills to develop two very different new models - one smaller and one larger than anything Jeep currently makes.
One plan would be to make an SUV or crossover even smaller than the new Renegade, although it isn't immediately clear what platform it would take. The Renegade (pictured above in Trailhawk spec) will be built in Italy alongside Fiat's upcoming 500X, but uses a heavily modified platform. We figure the smaller model, if approved, could base itself on the new Fiat Panda Cross.

Gilles defends 2014 Jeep Cherokee design as "very contemporary"

Thu, 28 Feb 2013

Following the forced-hand introduction of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, there has definitely been a mix of responses revolving around everything from its design to the return of the legendary nameplate. As evidence of this, just check out the 1,000+ comments in our article last week and some of the many opinions that were voiced. Following this not-too-warm reception, Ward's Auto had a chance to talk to Chrysler designer chief - and SRT president - Ralph Gilles, who shed a little more light on the styling direction of the new Cherokee.
Rather than looking to previous models for inspiration, Gilles says that the Cherokee has been designed to be more contemporary, with Mark Allen, head of Jeep design, adding that a main goal was to make sure the design still looks modern five years from now. Interestingly, Gilles does point out that one of the design elements incorporated on the new Cherokee that pays homage to past Jeeps is the sharply downward angle for the leading edge of the beltline, which he notes is meant to mimic the look of the old YJ and TJ Wrangler models fitted with half doors. Of course, the squared-off wheel openings - a signature Jeep cue - are still used.
This is probably a design that will need to be seen on the street in actual daylight to properly assess, but in the meantime, we'll bring you full images and impressions when the Cherokee debuts at next month's New York Auto Show.
